Asphalt as in Midvale or dirt as in Hilltop, remember "Dirts for racin', pavements for parking lots."

I updated to the newest flash player a week ago or so and come to think about it that's when I started having problems. Also when the player was done loading, it wanted me to buy macaffee or what ever it is, and I opted out so maybe it didn't finish loading? I reloaded it today and it seemed to work for the biggest part, there were a couple blacked out videos on the news sites but better than what it was. I have firefox loaded also and had the same problems as IE, I can't really explain why but I just like IE more. Probably due to my not liking change, lol. Thanks for the help guys.

Here is another one of my famous brain farts. I pulled in the garage and sat there thinking of what all I had left on my to do list and wondering when I was ever going to clean the garage out. I then started to step off the bike without ever putting the kickstand down, only damage was scratches on the case guard on the left side and busted the windshield off on the Kawasaki's tire. I replaced the windshield with the factory one from my '98 Bandit that was hanging on the wall.

Need help with a problem I developed several days back, it started here and now it has moved to other sites as well. I don't think it's the site but rather my computer, I have done restarts and it's still does it. A lot of the pictures and videos show up as black boxes and a lot of avatars show up as the red X's in a white box. What has happened, what should I look for and don't laugh but I'm still using Vista Home and IE9 because it works for me and my slow azz computer. Thanks for your help.

I shouldn't but I will, It's a Bandit, ride wheelies, problem solved.

I can say that if you need a holster for your concealed carry weapon NUoSU Concealment is the place to contact. I think he done a great job on making a Kydex holster for my S&W model 457 and he will be getting more work from me in the future. I used his pics from his FB page (NUoSU Concealment) because they were much better than mine turned out, hope he don't mind.

I will look into it a little more, I checked the OEM parts finder and mine have longer stalks and a rubber grommet, they mount to the fairing braces. It looks like your style mount to the fairing, I'll get back to you. When you happen to be walking past the bike take a look at how they mount, please and thank you.

Darn, what type flush mounts did you order and what are you going to do with your factory front turn signals?

Nice bike. I have the '97 model and had a '98 before, put the yoshi on it, open a 2" hole in the airbox, rejet it and you will really be giggling like a school girl. Even stretching out third will be fun. When I done my '98, with help because I hate carb work, we went from 102.5 main jets to 127.5 mains and once the carbs were dialed in it was unreal fun, wheelies everywhere. It wasn't the seat of the pants performance of a sport bike but for what it was it a blast. The air screws were of course adjusted and don't quote me for sure but I think the needles were shimmed something like .032. I stayed with Bridgestone Battlax BT-045 that it came with when I needed new tires. I hope the carb info isn't too far off but I'm going by memory and that was 12 years ago. Also, mine was very cold blooded, didn't want to take the throttle for three or four mile after the choke was turned off and after the carb work, header and airbox mod it came to life almost as soon as I left the driveway. In other words, You'll love it.

Plus one with this, I wish that I had half the hearing I've lost over the years. I sat in the front row of a class I recently took and could barely hear the instructor.

I got to get the oldest to actually go test, he has had two or three different permits. Yeah its fun to ride with them but it nerve wrecking also, like on the way home today a guy in a pick-up squeezed between us and I wouldn't have tried to fit in that opening.
-
On a positive note my youngest son now has his motorcycle endorcement. Only missed 4 points but his turn signal went out between home and there so he had to take it on my bike. Out of the five who tested while we were there, one couldn't test because they couldn't get their turn signal working, my kid passed on my bike, another guy passed, one failed, and one couldn't keep his bike running, he was still testing when we left. Now I have to fix a loose connection/splice, it has a conversion that puts the turn signals in the tail light. I wiggled the wiring and the light goes on and off so it should be an easy fix.
-
Things have changed since I took my test, has anyone taken the riding test in the last few years? I thought if you put your foot down you flunked, now I'm hearing three times to fail?

Those Tipton vices are nice, I have a friend with one and a local gun store uses one for bore sighting and what nots. I built my own about 15 years back so I can't bring myself to buy the Tipton even if I do want one.

Here are a couple pics of what I got to offer. Here is the damage to the paint on the tank, I was going to paint it black but that never happened.

We made our first trip to IP and they made it worth the 1.5 hour drive over, got a Conti Motion for 65 plus tax. That was 12 bucks cheaper than the Shinko over this way. One shop over this way told me 183 for a Battlax 003 and they had them there for 105.

Awesome, I'm glad their doing the right thing on this.

It says I'm on Ohio Riders Default, oh well here we go again.

Can someone post a screenshot of the home page so I can see what it's supposed to look like because what I see sucks? It's bright white and pale blue with even lighter blue borders. I'm not computer savy so it takes a while to get things adjusted.

You wouldn't believe the hell his mom and me went thru while he made up his mind between yours and the R6. That boy chances his mind as fast as the ads hit craigslist, lol.
-
Scottb and Dustin, where do you guys go to get your dirt fix?
-
We was going to meet with you at Coshocton walmart and go for a little test ride but something came up that day and one of us couldn't make it. He just happened to be walking by the computer when I clicked on this post and he said "hey that's the bike I was going to look at after church that day." He still had the pics on his phone to prove it, lol.

Good luck with your sale, looks good. I wish my kid would've been able to meet up with you, I like it.
