We didn't get to pick the teams. I wrote up the paper and emailed it out almost a week ago and haven't gotten any edits from them even though I found a couple myself after reading over it. This girl was dead serious when she sent it to me. She is by far the most annoying person I have had to work with in college.

Food science 101- chocolate science. We do 39 tastings, make our own chocolate bar, and did a tour of Anthony Thomas. It is 2 credit hours. Last quarter I did food science 170- beer and wine in western culture. Sadly we did not have any in class tastings but we did get a ton of ideas on what to try. These are not for my degree I just had elective hours to kill off.

^ this. My sister use to teach sex ed to Columbus city school kids while working for planed parent hood. The majority of the teen pregnancies that she saw were from kids that were taught abstainence. It might be awkward talking to your kid about the birds and the bees but it will be much less awkward than have to explain what will happen if they have to become a teen parent or get arrested for underage drinking.
