Well what are you looking for? Price rage? Proximity to the lake? Do you want lake or Sandusky bay side? Boat dock? Boat launch? Do you want some land with it or just a place to drink and fish? Since the area is a big fishing/ tourist area you can get some good crash pads that are pretty much right on top your neighbors but come with boat docks. I know there is a TON of property for sale up there right now. If you go with Catawba you might be able to get a place walking distance to the PIB ferry.

If you end up going going ahead with this let me know. My family is from that area so I can help you find a good real estate agent and give you back stories on some of the properties, areas to stay away from, and any other goodies with the area.
