  1. If the guy had been walking down the road, and she hit him, he would have died...because he was not wearing a helmet. The only thing different here is that instead of walking down the road, he was sitting on his motorcycle. I say fry the bitch.
  2. Vote # 423 here, Brian...good luck buddy. I'm posting the link on other forums I am a member of.
  3. Tagged! New one tomorrow.
  4. Didjya go by and have a drink at the Fox Hole while down there?
  5. Being that Asgtabula is the largest county in the state, I don't see a problem with the way things have gone so far. Admittedly, I could have gone down to around Williamsfield, or on down into Trumbull. Maybe I should have, but as I was the one who tagged the last one, it was my call. All anyone has to do is tag the Rocker...and you can choose the next one...anywhere in the designated corner of the state. For the record, though, I read through the original game, and didn't see near as many people bitching about all the targets that were down in Cincy and Columbus, or on the western border. People just went out, got the tag, and chose a new one. Since it seems no one likes the one I chose, If it hasn't been tagged by tomorrow morning, I will choose a new one.
  6. Hell yeah...give me a reason to ride toward CLV...not to tag again soo soon, but to just see if I can find them.....I want to ride!
  7. Well, at least Mark knows where this one is...lol. I did manage to pick one on the edge of a fast track to get you out of Bula...I'm not afraid to riide somewhere else...bring it ! Clue?... In a small town named for an old Jewish guy from Texas???...lol
  8. Next tag's pic didn't come out...I took the wrong camera for that time of day. Will have to do it again in the am.
  9. Ashtabula Harbor Lift Bridge, as seen from Point Park...and one view from the entrance to the CG Station.
  10. lol...bad thing is, I have all kinds of pics of it, but none with my bike in them :-D I would say as long as the landmark is in the pic and you are *there* as opposed to say...across town, but can see it in the background.
  11. Damn, I know that location...but I have my carbs off...gotta get in gear and get out there to get that pic today!...lol
  12. LOL...Dude!..>That's just Wrong!...You just X'ed the only area I can honestly say I know very much about...lol
  13. Ok, I'm in for that then...Sounds like a blast, and gives me a reason to ride more :-D BTW, Magley, I replied on the other site. If you want, I can run the bike out your way, and you can take it for a test run.
  14. Damn...I almost just posted "How do I play? Sign me up"...then I read the next 3 or 4 posts...uhhh...uhm...The *tag* game...how does one play the *Tag game*?

    Marlin 795

Some polishing of the sear at the engagement point may help also. The spring fix for my 925M was from a Bic Pen Sounds hokey as hell, but it worked like a charm. The guys sound like hacks, but they know what works.
  19. I have my Rossi .38 Spcl with over 200 rounds of ammo, speed loader, and soft holster for sale. $325 plus shipping, or I can meet up for a FTF exchange if anyone is interested in it.

    Marlin 795

I'm not sure about the 796, but I have a 925 in Magnum, and no, it's not that bad. Of course, I have worked on my trigger group a bit. Head over to http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=20 The guys and gals at RFC have been a great help to me. The link is for the Marlin Forums. Post your question there, and I am sure someone will be able to help. Drew
  21. Heyyyy Conn-e-rot You working Friday morning? Want to ride down to Rogers? I know, I know...you don't want to slow poke along with a 250...lol At least it's good to see a local on the board. :-D
  22. Thanks for the warm welcomes! I'm from Alabama. I've lived all over...Bama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and now Ohio. I've Ridden The Tail of the Dragon on a souped up Yamaha Maxim, a '74 Suzuki 250GT, and in a '73 Opel GT. We had lots of great twisty winding roads back home. Here in Ashtabula County, everything is flat and straight. I may take a ride down south of Y-Town later this week, just to get out for a bit. I miss the get up and go from my past bikes, but the NH is fine for a leisurely ride. I considered buying the little VT 500 Ascot at the local bike shop. For now, though, the NH is great...cheap to operate, easy to work on, and so far...dependable. Anyone wanna ride down to Rogers Friday morning?
  23. You can run the numbers here: https://www.nicb.org/theft_and_fraud_awareness/vincheck Once that is done, you can apply for a title here: http://www.its-titles.com/15price.htm Once you have the NV title, you can transfer it to Ohio. I went through this with a bike that had the title lost in a house fire. ymmv
  24. Hello, My name is Drew and it's been 12 hours since my last ride. Southern boy transplanted into the heart of hell when I married a girl from Northeast Ohio. I've just recently gotten back onto a bike after not having one on the road for about 10 years. Before that, I started on a bike at about 9, and rode a bike off and on for the next 20 years or so. The newest one in my stable is far from a steed...more a pony, but it gets me where I want to go, and was cheap. These days, I'm riding a 1991 Honda CB250 NightHawk that I picked up for $200. I have had to rework about half of everything on it, and spend my free time playing with it.
