In the state of Ohio the mother has 48 hours i believe to change her mind. however, the caveat is nothing is guaranteed. I have read when thinking about adoption that there are only a few states in the country that value the adoptive parents rights over the paternals, and I know one is florida and will hold true to the termination of parental rights. Private adoptions like to go through the court system in florida because of this. (this was as of a few years ago, i haven't researched this recently) There are too many stories of people who have gone through the normal avenues (including lawyers) who have still gotten screwed, to even remotely think you can/should do this without lawyers.

Absolutely the lawyer is needed. I wish you luck in this. Adoption is a highly stressful event, especially if you know the person.

LThen they hired the wrong photographer Please understand tha for me, it's the during the wedding and the cake cutting and first dance stuff that this is the issue. I don't know any wedding photographer who doesnt have a "no other pros" clause in thier contract (I'm sure there are those that don't but most i have dealt with I the last 10 years do). The proliferation of the consumer camera has Been a great thing but when you have are hired to do a seeing and the brides uncle bobs flash goes off during the kiss the moment you take a photo and that photo is ruined by in your own camera, explaining to the bride why she just paid you thousands and you don't have that all importan photo because uncle bobs flash ruined it doesn't fly. Your photographer is hired to catch all these important photos. I discuss this with every bride I talk to. I saw on Facebook yesterday another photographer say he was at a wedding with 100% attendees taking photos during the wedding...

Im looking for software that will compare folders on my PC to show me Duplicate folders, across different drives. I am in need of hard drive space becuasae i have some redundancy of a lot of my photo folders. I wont lie, i am a photo hoarder, and have no desire to delete photos ever, and have backed up and stored all of my familys photos as well. I have a backup server that i keep stuff on as well, offsite, so iw ant to be able to clear out some triplicates of stuff, but with te amount of folders i have the process is going to be a bit daunting.. Suggestions other than "search" will be greatly appreciated.
