Not sure what ordinance they used to cite you since in Ohio it is NOT addressed in the ORC that I am aware of. Kinda of the catch 22...Not legal and not illegal since it is not in the law books. Would have probably wrote you on reckless or illegal passing.

Boy this thread can really show the difference between left wing and right wing extremists. Either the cops were perfectly justified to shoot a person reported to have a gun or the Cleveland cops were just doing their normal thing of killing innocent 12yr old kids who brandishing airsoft pistols that were made to look like a real gun cause the cops should have known that he was 12 and the gun was a toy. Me thinks it lies somewhere in the middle folks !

Yea, I looked into that. Thought it would be a great gun to have. Can't find many dealers that have it either and those that do want more than the msrp reported. The thing I liked about it was all the different calibers that it would handle. The things I didn't like about it were: The overall weight, breakdown to two pieces was not easy, no simple way to carry all the barrels pouch with it, and most of all the CHEAP back stock foam material that only holds a couple of shells and breaks very easily.

I have to assume that you are being sarcastic on the paracord. The original Air Force M6 manual stated that the airman was to take a length of parachute cord and wrap it around the barrel for all the same purposes that we do it today with 550 para.

Yup, Fantastic little gun. There are a few different other guns out there that call themselves survival rifles, but they aren't a rifle / shotgun. Great haveing the .410 with it. Rifled slug to #9 shot. Gives you a lot of options.

I just love Monday morning quarterbacks who pass judgment on the incidents of the world without all the facts and without the common sense that has disappeared from this country. Try removing your ?racism? ?narrow minded? & ?one sided? ?bias? views and general lack of knowledge and just try to look at all the facts that are available to us. This of course, is not ALL of the facts, but just the ones that are out there for us to use. Try, for just once in your life, to give a situation an objective observation. It would help if you had any real world experience in a similar situation and / or job. The "Walk a mile in my shoes" has real implications here. But then again, no one wants to take responsibility for their actions and heaven help us if we dare to mention that the lack of parenting is an epidemic today. There is plenty of blame for ALL parties involved in this unfortunate incident. Not any one person can be cited for being the main cause of what happened. Lots of errors were made and sadly a young life came to an end. So put your noose and rope back in the drawer and wait till ALL the facts come out and the justice system runs its course. Lynch mobs are not the solution. minor rant but a justifiable one.
