  1. not in this lifetime...always find that you got it slightly tooooooo small

The LC9 is a great gun especially for EDC. Make sure the get the s model (striker) cause you probably wont like the original with its long trigger pull & the bobbed hammer. If I were to do it all over again, I would get the LC9s pro model.
  3. Go check out Tour Tanks. http://www.tourtanks.com/ I got one and it adds 2.25gal to my ride. Book says 2 gal but I get the extra .25 in it all the time. http://i564.photobucket.com/albums/ss89/myhondas/96magna/TourTank/img_9435_zpscd9apvlt.jpg bunch of additional pics below to help show how it is done.
  4. I have foscam cameras. They have motion detectors and it emails me with photos of perps. pretty cheap at $89 each. fully controllable via smart phone. Pan and tilt and some have zoom
  5. As soon as Amazon starts vharging me sales tax, I will only purchase from them if I cant find it elsewhere. We as citizens of this stat and of this nation are being taxed worse than anytime in history. Even at 78 to 82% of ones income they want more. This country was somewhat founded on a tax rebellion / freedom, and it is coming around full circle. I believe that it is coming time to consider another.
  6. Ordered the Phantom 3 with two batts. It has shipped and will be here in the next 10-14 days. I understand from the forum talk that the prop guards that I got for the Vision 2+ probably won't work with the 3 due to the blades being slightly longer. Motors are tipped slightly to support braking and thus has reduced the chance of VRS to less than 5% or virtually nil. I will order the quick disconnect type for it and use them when in confined areas and indoors. Actually glad the scumbag did to me what he did, cause now getting the better machine, but would have been better if I had gotten it at the lower price. I have watched all the videos on the web on it and it looks to be a very solid unit with just a few cons. Looking forward to getting it & taking it up for a spin. Range on this unit states 1.2 miles, but have watched vids of people getting over 3.75 miles out of it....must be open area without large bldgs around though.
  7. I would wait until 60 min to 90 max days have passed and then do whatever you want with it. after that amount of time, it's yours.
  8. checked with them....can get the unit with only one batt....have to wait till end of the month before additional batts are available. So will wait till end of month and then decide what to do. I believe that the prop guards that I got will work on either the 2 or the 3 but not positive.
  9. So the scumbag ( ebay seller name of gpa400jim ) backed out of selling me the 3 and doesn't have the 2 and so I am quad less.....which is both a good thing and bad one... Good cause I have saved a lot of $.... & bad cause I really wanted a high end quad. I bought the blade guards which came in today and a backpack case which I have refused receipt. Anyone with a dji phantom 2 or 3 need the blade guards???? Going to spend some of the quad $ on going up to Camp Perry and shooting some matches up there this July. I actually had planned on taking the copter up there and flying it for some great views of that place (which is one of my favorite places) in a whole new perspective. I have taken pics from an airplane overhead 1000-5000' above the surface, but never just a few hundred feet above. BUMMER!!!
  10. GAWD I HOPE YOU DIDN'T DO A CAM-AM !
  11. So the company I bought the unit from says that they ran out of stock on the units but have offered me a phantom 3 instead of the 2+. The original deal was for the 2+ with three batteries. I said that if they are offering the 3 pro with 3 batteries I would take the deal. They may only offer it with two batts....what do you all think?
  12. Love to see your modifications. I feel the limit to its distance is the one big downside to the system. Other than that, seems to be an awesome system. With some of the best video I have seen. Do you find the video picking up rotor/motor noise? If so, have you found any solutions to limiting it?
  13. Well, I finally bit the bullet and dropped a load of greenbacks on a new DJI Phantom 2 Vision + Quad copter drone. Will spend a couple of days getting to know the system which is truly a professional setup. Once I get to the point of comfort with it, I will post up some videos.

  15. You don't really believe that the ruling is going to slow them down that much do you?
  16. Also....because you DON'T KNOW what the ambulance driver is going to do or where he wants to go NEXT.
  17. Any place where one can not legally carry that does not use metal detectors is a Criminal Protection Zone. Cause they will carry when you can't.
  18. Well, here are some of them, but my two pride & joys are in a safety deposit box and they will stay there.....Marble Hunting Sheath Knives circa 1930's These are the ones that I have instant access to......
  19. Check out amazon....I just bought a yuasa AGM for the VF750 for $58 & free ship
  20. According to both PA and GA AG's web sites, they recognize OH CHL both old & new. WI only the new and NH can't find anything.
  21. I will just revised my last..... Pa states that OH holders have statutory reciprocity with ohio IF ohio recognizes pa licenses which they do NOT do at this time. Once Ohio has the signed agreement in hand they will, but not until then....so I would say you would be on questionable thin ice at this time..... I would not chance it myself.
  22. Ohio AG stated that until they receive the signed agreement they don't recognized it as being valid. But if one was in pa with only an Ohio CHL, I would have to assume that PA would recognize it if it is on their AG page. Considering I just did mine last Oct....I won't see the benefits until the end of 2019. But still have the non-res PA CHL so I'm good in WI & TX and according to all info I can find, NOTHING on NH
  23. Ohio Ag says that Wisconsin only recognizes permits issued after 3/23. PA, NH, TX have not signed the agreements yet so it isn't legal yet...here is the page on the AG's site where the agreements are. Until it shows up on this page, it isn't legal yet. You can click on any of the states and see the agreement. http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Law-Enforcement/Concealed-Carry/Concealed-Carry-Reciprocity-Agreements
  24. From what I understand, the new agreements that were signed were done under the new requirements for CHL's in ohio. I don't believe that they pertain to the old CHL's. Must have the NCIS stamped on the CHL to be valid. But to be sure, I will inquire with the AG's office here in Cleveland.
  25. Folks.....don't get caught up in this.....Nothing has changed for the VAST majority of us. Unless you get a new issued permit dated after 3/23/15 all is the same. Your permit must state NCIS on it to be valid with the new reciprocity agreements. All prior licenses were only FBI & BCI background checks(which is why some states did not recognize or accept ours). The new ones will include the National Criminal Instant background check System (same one used for purchasing a firearm). With the new permit, you will still have to fill out the standard 4473 form, but all you need to do is show your CHL (with the NCIS on it) and that will alleviate them calling in for approval.
