They are going 100% Harley Davidson soon. I was informed today that all new import motorcycles, ATV, UTV, scooters, dirt bikes etc., (Triumph, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Honda), in their current inventory, will be sold at dealer cost, or they will go back to the manufacturers, no exceptions. If anyone is looking to buy, there might be a good deal to be had...they currently have a good selection to choose from too.

Thank you! Now I feel better knowing that others have had this done, with good results...a new rim is expensive.

Checked their site...no mention of motorcycle rims... I probably need to call them right?

Any suggestions? It seems to be just the lip on both sides of the rim. The tire seals and holds proper air pressure...maybe a slight vibration, but that is hard to tell with the tires that are currently installed.

ZX6-R track prep...naked or adventure for the street?

I rode this area the Saturday and Sunday before last, some good roads in that area, have fun! Another rider and I did some light off road on Saturday too, had a blast. Shit, no go, found out today that I am scheduled to work Saturday. I might try to get to SE Ohio, or the Coshocton area on Sunday.

Welcome to the Forum. All of you that live near the good roads should be ashamed. I had some pizza from your area this past weekend (Husson's), that was tasty!

Adventure touring bike, just a thought. I gave the cruiser thing a go for about 12,000 miles or so, and like Todd mentioned, I wanted to ride it harder than what it was designed...believe it or not, many times, it was not intentional. Buying a V-Strom 650, which I hated at first, has brought me back to enjoying motorcycles even more...now with that being said, by no means, am I suggesting this bike will be for everyone, plenty of other options available. In my opinion, an adventure touring style motorcycle offers the best of both worlds (cruiser/sport bike), and then some. Just a suggestion is all, you know what is right for you...GLWS!

Thank you! This was a question for someone I might invite... I was at the spring ride, but I wanted to be absolutely sure, before I let them know about the ride.

Is the slower paced group suitable for a 2 up cruiser ride?

I am not sure on the exact time, I knew I would be late though, so I expected you guys to be gone when I got there. After I asked the clerk, and her not remembering seeing you guys, I was unsure on how far behind I was... therefore I decided flying down 83 playing catch up, was probably a real bad idea.

Before I sold the 08, it had the same seat, and exhaust as yours does.

I saw some results where a Monster 696 finished in the top ten, there were two Hypermotards and a Triumph Bonneville in the field too, same race.

Nice choice...I had a blast on my 08, some great memories on that bike!

Last minute decision...I think I just missed you guys at Loudonville, so I did some gravel/dirt roads instead. I got poured on, dirt was getting slick, steep down hill sections was a clinching experience, so I called it a day. Rolled in at almost 350 miles,a decent ride.

I have SV1000 (03,06), 08 Z1000, 11 Ninja 1000, 14 Speed Triple (probably keep) & 07 Night Train pipes.

Nada Tunnel...some fun roads in that area.

State Route 180 in Georgia has new pavement...If you have been on this road, you will know that this is great news.

Left my house on the Speed Triple to meet up with some hooligans at Bolivar DQ (135 miles away) one morning, 35 degrees at start, met another rider 22 miles in, on an R1...we were equally cold and miserable, for the entire ride there, I believe.
