Yea' date=' that was I thought that I had as well. I was being optimistic when I bought it. Was like wow water proof liner that sounds good and you can remove it also.
No the gloves I have are summer ridin gloves need to get some other ones. I mean my wrist was fine it was m like my forearms that were wet. The jackets mesh and no zipper led vents. My arms were the only thing wet that's what irritates me the most. I mean the pants have the same materials and my legs were cold but dry. I was only in the rain for like 20 minutes or so no longer than that.
Ok, so then from what I'm reading frame slider are bad for track but good on the street but they can also cause the frame to bend and strip bolt holes. So am I just better of by not having them then or is it personal preference....
I just went on a little run to the Post Office and decided it be a good time to try out my new gear and its "Rain" liner. I have a Joe Rocket Ballistic 7.0 pants and a Joe Rocket Phoenix 5.0 jacket both which have 100% waterproof liners in them. The pants I just bought a week ago and they did their job of keeping my lower half dry. I just need to stretch them out a bit as they make it impossible to shift and or position my feet on the foot pegs without me feeling like I'm gonna tip over on the bike. Back to the jacket for the most part its a good jacket and I wear it often. However its liner needs some attention my arms were soaked when I took the jacket off but my torso was dry how's that. I know your arms are out in the open but don't you think that Joe Rocket would of thought about that when they were designing the jacket liner? Is their anyway of fixing the problem or do I need to contact Joe Rocket or call Iron Pony where I bought it two months ago and see what they can do. Has this ever happened to anyone else with Joe Rocket gear.
