Well sometimes i have to play with the key to get it to turn to the on position. I dont even really know how to "trace wires", i dont know squat about electrical.

Well i drove by, but the wife is throwing up and at the hospital. Heard the planes all morning though.

Ok i rode my bike to my parents and my dad noticed the gauge lights stay lit. I turned the key on and the tail light turned on and i started the bike, turned the key to off and the bike still ran. Then on, hit the kill switch and off. The gauge lights will not turn off but the key switch controls the head and tail lights. I then tried to leave for home and the bike would turn over but not start. Is this the key switch going bad? I checked all the fuses and didnt find any melted wires. Any help is appreciated.

Anyone there yet beside reconrat? im going to my parents to work on my bike(electrical problem). Im debating stoping first.

Mine has everything from a tactical minus flash hider. I think im gonna call remington and see if they can give me a 100% answer.

I thought that too but the stock and pump handle look just like the tactical verson and the express has a 18" barrel where mine has a 18 1/2" like the tactical.

Im starting to think walmarts guns are like there tires, they have name brands but their own specific models.

I also remember 8mmDale saying theres different models of the tactical 870, any websites to confirm? or can i call remington to find out?

box says "Remington 870 - Express - Synthetic" The label at the counter said "tactical 870" so im confused at to which exact model i have

Other than the serial number it says "Remington 870" and on the barrel it says "12GA. 2 3/4" OR 3". Doesnt say super mag anywhere.

If my dad would allow someone else to shoot a gun on his property i would show you but hes funny about anyone he hasnt known for years. I live in urbana, if you know someone in a country area close by i could show you the basics of a shotgun(only thing i own).

Im trying to figure out what exact model of the 870 i have, the serial number(so i believe, its on the side) is RS80215E. Any help on the model or how to find out the model is appreciated. I bought it from wally world and they just labeled it as tactical 870.

I drove past the airport today and they are getting all vendors set up, didnt see planes though. That was at 1:30

Im curious as to what the difference between this express tactical and tactical i bought from wally world? Only thing i see is grip, strap, sights, and ammo holster.

I was really hoping i could do it being that i will have the bike complete by next weekend, but im working saturdays this month.
