I'm sorry the way I read that I thought it would not turn over with clutch bumping. Yea if you are getting voltage to the starter I would suspect the starter too

Id say if the motor won't turn over on a clutch pop something is ceased up, that small of a engine should turn over easy. If so, time for a new motor or a new big when you are talking somthing that old

1st step check all conections essecially the ground and all wires going to and from the starter relay, then check for voltage drop on the battery to see if the starter is even trying to engage.

just pointing out the obvious incase...but did he get a full charge on the battery, new batteries dont come charged unless you get them from a hi end retailer

And that's great for you, but I was getting at the ones that get them because its the "in" thing to do. Not really pointing at anyone in particular. I don't hate the i- phone just can't stand the ones who worship it and bash my stuff, sounds like we are on the same page.

Now I've had the opposite experience, I had the htc increible2 and hated it, but I loved my droid 2 and now my droid 3..only dislike to my droid 3 is it will not be a part of ICS

Don't know if the video was edited to appear this way but it seems the officer had little or no patience. I think in that moment some people get pulled over they automatically get defensive attitude(not saying that a reason to resist) but maybe the officer could have resolved the situation with a lighter touch. Maybe could have heard her out then made his point. But like i said the video could be editted to appear that way. if indeed this was the case i would side with the cop

Dont think any fingers were pointed at you directly, i added a word to my previous post to sugar coat it a bit.
