No prob with contacts. The 24 hour contacts are fairly controversial. My doc will not prescribe them to me, but my sons doc will to him. I chose to take mine out daily. But if I forget (drunk), and sleep with them in, I typically cannot tell any difference.

I'd just tell 'em to suck it. On the other hand, if it's midget hookers and blow, can I get a hook first before everything goes down?

They had 4 quads hooked to it yesterday with no luck. I needs to be lifted up, then out. The water should only be about 2-3' there, so they just need some chest waders and a few guys.

It went through the ice on Saturday. If anyone knows the owner, my father inlaw lives right there and said he would get it out for a small fee.

They were not. And you wouldn't believe how many families you would see out there with flanel shirts, no helmets and no eye protection flying around out of control. Lots of idiots. I don't see an issue with this regulation, even though I'm very against any regulation.

This is the only reason I keep my quad around. I'm gonna try to stud up my tires tomorrow, and I'll probably be out on a 400ex Saturday.

I would probably agree that Harleys have a killer sound. But, the Yammi's are growing on me quickly.

Thanks Shoemaker. That is exactly how it sounds. I've heard lots of the others on Raiders too, but the V&H has the deepest sound. I agree with Yamaha getting it right. I've had lots of different bikes, and this is my favorite so far.

My exhaust (Vance and Hines 2 into 1) is a little louder than stock, but it also helps the performance quite a bit. Not too mention the stock pipes on Raiders are butt ugly. I can be stealthy when I need to, or be almost obnoxious if I want when under load. That is how my GYTR exhaust on my FZ1 was too. High RPM's on that thing sounded bad ass.

Been there and done the Harley thing for years. No offense intended, but I've moved on. And there are a few "metric" touring bikes out there with 113 ci motors that handle really well, are very reliable, have lots of aftermarket options, and can save you lots of money when it comes time to purchase. If you plan to purchase a cruiser or tourer, it is my opinion that you should keep your mind oepn to the best bang for the buck. Test ride them all, and I think some will be surprised. Don't drink the coolaid!
