  1. OK, not wood. A cord literally does me nothing... I have a outside wood burner and I need the chunks to be at a desired size so that I can make them last longer. Thanks for all the offers though. I just need the logs dropped so I can cut and split as desired. Normal people do a chunk at 14-18", for this thing I stay at 2" on the short side and have gone up to 3' but it gets a little ackward loading at those lengths.
  2. nope, but watch out for the sunami's (bad joke I know)...
  3. Anyone know anyone? Looking for someone that can deliver a load of logs to my house for firewood. With our company working the remaining employees into the ground and the tranny from my wood hauling f150, is still sitting on the garage floor (mostly because of working so much O.T.) I do not have time to get out and cut a whole lot... Thinking this could be my best option...
  4. a bowtie in my driveway.... ehhh. It has been a thought. But the one I am looking at has 4 doors and a fancy bed cover and removable rear window. Oh, and the back folds down...
  5. and to think you could of had a 50
  6. I mean there is stupidness and then there is WTF? -So she is not actually worried about getting hurt when the guy actually wrecks the pooter scooter. But it is to make clean up easy?
  7. Is it the complete unit? Or does it come with the buffer and tube for that monster? I am assuming it uses some monster spring in the buffer? More info....
  8. I laughed so hard my eye started hurting.
  9. I always had fear of these. Thinking that the only thing holding that monster to the lower is two little aliminum pins... That is one of the better looking ones I have seen though. A .50 beouwolf sure, but not a bmg
  10. Now that is funny. Think in Football fields... Learn it. Live it. Use it. Get yourself accustomed to seeing in football fields. Especially for ground hogs... Unless you are out using a spotting scope to find ground hogs you should not have to sit down and run the numbers to take them out. But, If you are, welcome to the fun world of getting serious with your shooting. I shot one last night. It was kind of humerous. Fiances dad was down with his Kubota helping me out with some landscaping. The pig was teasing me across the road. Kept doing the pop and bob checking me out. I ran in and came back out. Sit the AR up. Gave two clicks for the distance. Next time he popped up, wack. Dad-in-law was like nice shot. I just laughed. Asked him if he wanted to try. This is what I got back... Obviously, you and Bob (brother in law in SF), Got this scope thing down. You are the only two I have ever seen sit a rifle down adjust the scope and then get behind it and take a shot that fast. (as he scratched his head looking across the field). Rick, I looked at the yardage (and know the field well) before I ever went to get the rifle. I knew where I was taking the shot from before I went into the house. As for the scope it was zero'ed when it was put away so I knew what I needed to make that shot. He just looks at me and says, "scary". I look at him and say confident prepared and skilled! Oh, yeah we use Nikons when we are shooting archery. Just simple yardage pro 400's. Never needed anything beyond that. Actually they don't make a 100 or 110 That is all I need. That 70 80 90 100 and 110 meter fita crap can get the best of ya...
  11. Yes they do... I stopped buying the $1 ones and am now graduated to the $20. The new one from the state, cant think of the name. I know its a black card with diamonds on it. It is actually marked 75% payback. I have one 200.00 on one ticket and all together probably/truthfully put 160.00 into them and got back some where around 700.00 But have only one something nice on a $1 ticket once. Won 500.00 on one. But the majority have been losers.
  12. Man, I am a bike finatic. The only thing, bad, already touched on. If you can afford it you might as well keep it. It's about like my superhawk, you wont get out of it what you have in it. About the only bike I have in my stable I could make money on is the VTX.
  13. well send them to my phone and I will post them up.
  14. That is a awesome looking bike for 750.
  15. Nice... But I dont think I could do that to my USP Maybe my 1911? Hmmm
  16. INTENSE!!! WOW! That could be the next Ted Bundy
  17. First of all, salute to your daughter for stepping up to that challenge. You as well as a few of us others on here know for a fact that title that she carries is not easy to obtain. ESPECIALLY for a 19 year old. There are no words in these situations, you should know that. What you said to her, said more to her than you know. The fact that you said "something" to her told her what she needs to know. The idea there is someone back here that wants to see her again; should stick with her and all she should need to know. Sometimes knowing that you are not all alone in this world helps tremendously. Good luck to her and as you said, Happy Hunting...
