  1. Worked fine for me Crazy shit nobody was killed, can hardly tell what kind of car that was
  2. On a pc, maybe 60-65 at best.....on my phone, about 3
  3. That turbo'd12R will completely leave my portly self wringing the ZX14 for everything its got, so he's gonna make me need to run VP, a drag map, and my wife as the pilot just to keep from losing as badly
  4. Mike, you're one crafty guy. Hell of a build! Got any mile plans for that beast? Be cool to see how long her legs really are
  5. Keep at it man, seems fuel related since there was improvement with the Seafoam. May need to drain the tank, pull the petcock, and ensure the strainer and line is clear of debris.
  6. Good to see all the familiars again, and nice to meet some new folks too. Glad those that came could make it out and will hopefully see those that couldn't make it tonight at the Epic ride. Had a good time, didn't drink too much, and thanx for the bottle of good stuff Rollnhot! Edit - a bit more tipsy than I thought I appreciate the drinks from hahafzr, Anden, and my wife.....now to sleep it off:lol:
  7. About to hit Miller Lane so we will be there in a few
  8. We're supersonic, should be there in 10 minutes flat unless the Sheriff we are following pulls us over
  9. That looks like a crazy fun little toy to drive the pets batshitty! Glws
  10. Still no trade info? Or was the figure too ridiculous?
  11. Awesome, see you guys there!
  12. Lot of truth here ^^^ I was told by a Daimler ( Freightliner ) chem engineer years ago that their studies showed 89 octane has a better atomization rate than other octane ( in todays fuels ) I always run 89 in my ZX14 ever since hearing that and seems to keep plugs in good shape, about 16k on last set and they didn't look too hateful at that point
  13. It really needs to be circulated throughout the fuel system, if you can get it to fire a few times to draw some into the carbs it might do more for the problem
  14. Since its stalling immediately with the choke on and wont fire without the choke, I'm assuming it's starving for fuel so there's probably some gel in the carbs. You've been storing it outside since you got it back right? I'm with the SeaFoam idea, and it wouldn't hurt to keep some in each tank full for a while. Edit - Also probably want to get the carbs rejetted and synched since adding the slip on and hiflow filter. Some folks boast shimming the needle with washers is enough to compensate the leaner condition, but I'm not a fan of loose washers having opportunity of finding their way into the intake.
  15. Hey now, my Tacoma plans to be a Tundra when it grows up!
  16. Good choice, Tundra's are overbuilt.com when it comes to the competition. I got one for a few days on loan while my Tacoma was being being delivered/prepped, big powerhouse and beasty at almost 400 horsies. Congrats!
  17. We didn't last time, everyone just mingled and intro'd themselves
  18. At least it was a cheap mistake I've done this to myself from having something for years and never touched it, to throwing it out, then needing it a short time later. Sucks, but you know this shit happens just so you can have a laugh at yourself
  19. That would be a killer coffee table for a mancave, but ya gotta keep Momma happy on decor for the living space. If you had 2 to stand on end, they would make an awesome base for a workbench with storage. GLWS, definitely a cool item!
