  1. I agree with ya man, but when it comes to my other half's opinion.....no rationale on my part makes any difference. A woman's mind seems to be made up of 2 things.....what she wants, and when she'll get it
  2. This weekend huh, I've been sick as a dog all week but on the up now so this may be a possibility. I'll hit you up if we can make it out Alan
  3. Nice looking piece, but I know nothing of them. If she likes it and it's the one she wants.....ya best get her happy with one in a butt fierce hurry
  4. The owner is the best mechanic I know. A bit of a haul from your place but it will get done right and he's very fair priced. http://autorepairsidneyohio.com/index.htm
  5. New thread is now kickin' via NinjaDoc's ride planning expertise.....here's the umbilical for more details http://www.ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=10240
  6. Thats not a bad price for a set by what I'm finding Sam. Probably won't beat that by much at all until they disco the BT023 and chop the sticker to move 'em fast. I say swipe the card on those!
  7. There are still plenty of cabins to be had for those needing crash sites. Here's the search I used and it's lengthy, but thorough. http://www.hockinghills.com/cabins.html Depending on what accommodations are wanted, I'm finding the avg to be $200/night for cabins that sleep 4-6. And most all I've seen are 2 night minimums on weekends, as well as being prime rate rental season beginning in April and as early as March for some. So now's the time to book up folks.
  8. Campgrounds usually have plenty available. We plan to need a comfy bed and hot tub Saturday night
  9. Since hotels are booked up or are booking up fast the weekend of May 3-5, cabins/cottages are probably the next best option. I was originally looking for lodges to hold up to 25 or so, but rethinking this idea since some will surely have to bail due to unforeseen BS, as well as alleviate my credit card some major responsibility if we cant fill the lodge. There are some available around the valley, but the grouped cabins seem to be hit or miss on availability. Obviously it seems us overnight riders will be split up here and there, so I think we should establish 1) the meeting spot and times to begin/end the rides and 2) the routes themselves. Imo, this would give everyone the when/where to help decide on which cabins would suit. Doc, if you'd like to start a new thread with meet point, route, times.....I say its go time so we'll have advanced notice enough to book our stays. Hope this is as epic as possible to send you off right!
  10. Awesome. I've tried this in the past, worked on a couple fellas but ultimately it is up to the noob and their testosteroticular control. Definitely did the right thing broseph!
  11. He's definitely a bad little dude on a sportbike. Up and coming star......kinda like you!
  12. This happened to my cousin. He'd never done any type of drug in his life and local police got him mixed up with someone else, kicked in his front door, hauled him off to jail for a weekend. He sued the city for defamation of character among other charges ( not sure what all he sued for ). He got enough settlement to payoff his truck and home, so it CAN be a substantial amount. If they never hauled you off, I'm not sure. I'd say you should at least go for damages against them. Seems like your police dept needs to pay attention to details.....like actual addresses, names, and ethnicity

XR12 is almost the only Harley I'd consider owning, but once I'm older I may appreciate the slower models
  14. Nice ride! If only I were in the market AND this was a Concours GLWS
  15. Some quick googlin' seems to reveal this would be an aftermarket bodykit
  16. Not sure, it doesn't 'look' factory but not familiar with some of these model years
  17. http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/3631015609.htm Here's a clean, minty, stocker with LOW miles. Price is a bit higher, but it looks very babied http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/3610114157.html
  18. Higher mileage, but a sharp clean bike http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/3637985311.html
  19. Decent mileage but he needs to drop the price just a bit to get someone a deal http://dayton.craigslist.org/mcy/3624858127.html
