Class 8 truck business appears to be about the same pay rates and similar labor rates for the customers, but the jobs are twice as big. So its definitely physically harder on us over the course of 30yrs vs. automotive, which sucks for us but all in all......the same dealership BS goes on at our shop as any other dealer, no matter what we're peddling

Yeah the hands were the worst for me. I layered up so it wasnt bad other than numb throttle fist, kept shoving my clutch hand into the side fairing and kept it warm LOL. We didnt leave CompAcc until after 10am, so the ride to Newark wasn't nearly as hateful. The ride home was even decent until we hit Western Columbus and the sun started setting, then it got chilly again quick.

Shep, you definitely dont need headlights on your bike. That HiViz Orange is BRIGHT, but it looks killer!

That was Gunner75 with us on our way to CompAcc. Wish you could have went too, it was a damn good time and the state really did a good job on the roads down there vs. the crap we have to ride up our way. Now I want to move there!

We pushed to get home. Hahafzr, Gunner75 (for a little bit), Snot and I took the I70 pipeline. Made it home in a little over 2hrs. Cold ride there, cold ride home - but the ride down there was stellar! Best roads in the state imo. Gotta do it again when its warm. Had a blast and glad we went since the sun was out all day, just needed another 15 degrees to top it off. Good meeting those I spoke with and for those I didnt, we will meet next time. Thanks to those who could make it out and enjoy with us!

Cleveland, Akron, Columbus weather forecasts all show 20 something percentage of rain after 7am but temps will only be high 40's in the morning.....chilly stuff at speed, so a few hot coffee stops may be in order to warm our boners. Most of the day looks clear statewide

Lets do this! Shits all planned up, weather isnt too hateful, just have to watch our asses out there for occasional ponds and deer havin butt secks in the middle of the road. Meet time is noon or 1pm now right? That will help everyone get there a bit easier and less rushed on the cold wet roadways. We can all take our time to get there safely AND with less frost on our nipples

Nice upgrade, numbers are looking better. Do you have heavy clutch springs and spacer kit in? May help you get off the clutch lever for some earlier speed but prone to snap the front up that much quicker when you're leaving, just another cheap lil upgrade idea if you dont have.
