  1. Not a bad idea, as long as it doesn't become an abused toy
  2. I think anytime children are physically/mentally beaten, molested, mistreated, etc. that federal law should mandate the offender(s) be immediately treated in the same manner, without bearing any weight on their sentence. Also, opportunity should be given to the victims to choose to participate in the return punishment. Might help the victims gain a bit of closure by getting retribution This country should hold public canings and dismemberments for ANYONE commiting crimes against our youth
  3. I would check your grounds and double check the spark plugs are right and gapped correctly. Is it getting fuel, meaning the pump is cycling? :edit:Sorry, sadly I didn't read every word of your post so I jumped the gun on the above advice. Now, are you saying you've changed the plugs AFTER this issue or before? And most likely the pumps working since the bike ran after the engine swap, so now I'm wondering ( more like hoping for you ) if it's not just a bad ground? As far as the battery is concerned, I'd make sure there's good contact on both terminals of the charger's lead ( jumper harness for the Tender ). And I don't know if it matters or not with charging, but the Tender's ground should be earthed and not connected to the negative terminal on the battery. Only the positive lead should connect to the battery

Anybody tried Kentucky Bourbon Ale? I got it at a local club in Dayton we played a while back. Different kind of flavor for sure. Its fermented in whiskey barrels which gave a very sweet and creamy note, and its 12% alcohol content really packs a nice punch. Sucks it was $4 for an 8oz mug, but gotta say I liked it.

    Just a shotgun

The gun laws over there are totally screwed up, at least the law-makers perception in the matter. Hard to believe that citizens there aren't allowed to defend themselves, and their homes, with firearms. Meanwhile, criminals get guns and use them as they care nothing for the laws to begin with. What about crossbows? Technically not a firearm, but would still be better ( and presumably legal ) defense than a ballbat/crowbar. Either way, it sounds like bars on the windows and alarm systems appear to be the only tactic there to defend against thieves and further lawsuits for beaking their jaws with mean swings from a Louisville Slugger:nono: Sad really. Government seems to suck in most any country anymore
  7. Looks like they're up now! http://electriceyeimages.photoreflect.com/store/thumbpage.aspx?e=8647426
  8. Think I've seen it before, but still hilarious to see again!
  9. Think that's protocol at most dealerships. Flatrate the repairs, hold the warrantable parts until the claim's processed and parts are recalled for inspection, decisions are made based on repair order stories and condition of the parts, then the claim is paid back to the dealer. We do more warranty work than anything else the majority of the time. Seems techs that get stuck doing warranty can sometimes beat the flatrate time, but there are those times when its virtually impossible to even meet the alotted time for the repair. But that could also be the tech's failure of skill working against him;)

    brake pads

Organics are easiest on your rotors, but not much for longevity. Sintered ARE metallic/semi-metallic, right? I know HH sintered are good choices for hard riding/braking/track use, but will eat up rotors faster than organics. I honestly dont know much about kevlars, so hopefully someone with better knowledge can enlighten us both on all the differences as I've done zero research on this
  11. Schneider is probably the culprit. Not sure they have a contract with Sams Club, but they do hire noobs along the likes of JB Hunt. Wonder if they were heading to/leaving from the old Aerovent building just this side of the river?
  12. Yugoslavian translater......engage
  13. Even if you remove the hitch, they'll see it was mounted. Got any flat black spray laying around?
  14. Ouch, I'm stoved up enough sometimes just throwing a mountain bike around. And I've only had 1 broken arm, a broken rib, and a couple fractured fingers in my lifetime. And you're right, a body in motion stays in motion.....until it hits a tree.....or cases it one too many times.....or damn near drowns in the river because the bike landed on their leg and pinned them under water for almost a minute My days of hard riding the dirt are over, and I dont like locust trees or briar patches anymore either LOL
  15. Sounds just like Maxima's product. We'll see what his results are with fling, but thats going to be relavent to how heavily it was applied. I'm wagering its as comparable, just a diff mfr.
  16. Damnit! Where were you back when I was in shape and could ride without regard to personal safety! Sounds like a blast, too bad my joints are shot and my ass is old and worn out - glws!
  17. Whats the big deal? This is in Kentucky right? Looks normal enough...

  20. Thanx again for dinner man, was delicious! You are becoming quite a talent with smokin' meat Yup......I just said that.......Next time is at my place with big, market fresh steaks on the grill!
  21. Its not a crotch rocket, its a genital missle!
  22. Probably your best bet as its still covered. Personally, I would let them diagnose it on their own first. And, unless they copout with "its clutch related and not warrantable" and cant replicate the issue, take the tech for a spin and show him. Maybe luck will have it that they'll simply chalk it up as a trans issue and replace it for ya :crossedfingers:
