This, and then some........C14 or FJR would be an awesome stepping stone towards a Wing -- the sport tourers do everything well with very few mods needed -- I was actually looking for a Connie or FJR when I found my ZX14, just couldnt pass up the pricetag at that time........even planned to "tour out" my big Ninja until I found out what these things can REALLY do........I'll have a C14 eventually, but I will still NEED my hypersport Cant do without it, the big bore sportbikes are like a drug!

I dont see any harm about the fallen rider section, but I dont frequent it much at all -- personally, I dont want to read about all the sad reminders of how deadly bikes can be......but I do love riding so if I die doing such, I'll die much happier than bleeding out on a shitter from bursting huge hemorrhoids

These stock numbers are killer output......it took $2000 worth of exhaust, pc, and dyno time to get mine there on its best pull w/o an airfilter and MR9

Wow man, just caught this thread - I'd definitely post negative feedback on the seller for leaving you hanging - Personally, I wouldn't worry about contacting them again if it all works out when you get the engine home - just explain the prob on your feedback.

I haven't stepped foot inside the Alrosa since Dime died there - wasn't much of a Damage Plan fan but I gotta admit that Dimebag is half the reason I play guitar......he pioneered some serious sounds and techniques for the metal industry, just as Eddie Van Halen did for rock......miss Pantera something fierce - Damn good band and a huge success when that style of music was coming on strong back in the early 90's......met Dime at Hara Arena on their "Cowboys..." tour '92, hell of a nice guy and very down to earth -- spoke with him for a while.......that day lit my electric fire to strive for all that I was to become as a musician. I've played the Alrosa a few times opening for national acts and loved that club......big floor for brutal moshpits, killer sound (on stage AND off), big capacity at about 1200 -- it used to be a major venue for all the biggest metal bands to perform, seen most of my fav's there. Sad that a delusional, broken-headed fuckpole ended an amazingly influentual artist of the genre who's impact is still hitting home for so many. I think Yamaha and Honda would rather focus on making money with their cruisers and sport tourers than build a hypersport Although, the ST and FJR's engines could probably prove potent in a litre sized frame......seems those 2 are happy enough just watching the battle on the dragstrip between Zuk and Kaw......at least for now

A stocker running 9.70's.....Gadson as the pilot or not, that extra 90cc is proving itself easily......Busa could use some displacement and tuning to stay competitive, one would think Zuki could at least come up with cash enough for that much?
