  1. Here in piqua there is a place that has a migun bed with jade thermal heat. Its awsome! Keep clothes on, no one touches you, you are alone in a dimmed room with soft music and this bed for 36 min. It also has acupressure. All for $12.00.

  2. i'm pretty much as anti-"donut cop" as it gets...

but i do appreciate the job they have. truthfully, it's the laws that they're required to enforce that make us hate them. the money makers, like expired tags, or going 85 in a 65.

the part about the movie that gets me, is his justification for putting 4 bullets into somebody. one will stall any man enough that you have the advantage. most guys, such as the one in their clip, who was running toward the two officers, will fall after being shot once. then, they both continued to shoot at him. adrenaline does crazy things. i know that. cops do too.

My understanding is its a reflex most people don't fire one or two shots they usually shoot till the gun is empty. I understand cops are trained but no training can prepair you for real life. Also I know I wouldn't stop firing until they stop moving.

  3. I was just having this conversation with a couple friends today. We saw a commercial on tv about ADT security and the ad showed 2 people coming home to a robbery in progress, when the burglar saw them he ran away. I said " you don't need ADT, you just need a gun" to which they replied saying how I would get sued if I shot someone in my house etc. I tired to explain to them how the castle doctrine works but they were insistent on saying I was wrong. 20 minutes later I gave up trying to convince them because they were chicks and it was a lost cause lol.

    Have IP talk to them!

I don't care about the law as much as my own life. I can shoot to kill and then they don't sue. alarms don't always stop thieves bullets do if done right....I am a girl and that is why I do own guns (and they are a lot of fun).

  4. Really? I'd say an easy day of writing tickets' date=' stealing donuts, profiling minorities and "losing" evidence would be a cake walk compared to a bad day at my job. I could be wrong, though. :dunno:

    (sniper.. don't be mad :p)[/quote']

My uncle is a Dayton cop 3rd district 3rd shift. No I don't want his job! I have seen and heard plenty. I like knowing no matter how bad my day is a work it is unlikely I might have to pull a gun for any reason. The homes they go into for DV calls the kids they see abused the bodies the shootings and so on. So what they get a donut once in a while or an easy day of writing traffic tickets. I still would not trade places with them.
