  1. Can't ever miss that. Only one water crossing got me. Thing should be pretty dry down there this time of the year. So we will see next week.Photos-00-01-00-610.jpg&key=d4278b2309b9a41546be864be293314b5c94303e1ad4c52584ba225ebc9808ed

That one is sketchy. I did it in my Jeep and from the rock grooves, it wouldn't be easy on a bike.

  2. What you guys got? Two weeks? You might be hitting peak leaf time. They were just starting to change last week. Way too many Florida plates running around at 20 mph.

  3. Think about the swept area, though.  Figure you've got twin front rotors that are +/- 320 mm diameter, vs a single rear that's about 245 mm.  That's about 3 - 3.5 times the swept area front vs rear, which means lots more mass and surface area to both absorb and shed heat.  Given, you prolly use your fronts more, but that difference coupled with your observation about the rear cylinder/exhaust header temps and I'd bet that would account for the difference.

Also think about air flow over the disc, the front is out in a fairly open area, rear is block by the whole bike basically.

  4. You're a little late. The proof of concept was a game called ingress a few years ago. Still a shit ton of people playing around the globe. Also developed by ninantec iirc.

Yep, same company. I played a little ingress in as a beta tester. Wasn't anything around me so I stopped.

  5. Just a heads up, my 20s beeps randomly for no reason at all. The VOX is turned off. I'll push the center button and wait for the intercom failed announcement then it behaves again. Weird...

Beeps can have a lot of meaning. Sometimes phone alerts.... last Wednesday the lady I were riding when she said her 20s kept beeping. I later realized it was because I had her phone and her Bluetooth kept disconnecting when I would get too far ahead.

  6. You're a classless asshat......you speak about things you have no idea about. I NEVER said I am looking for an angle the fact of the matter is the bike was surrendered under a bankruptcy now it is the LIENHOLDER's issue to come get it which for 4+ years they have not. You can say what you want but bankruptcy protection is there for a reason....I have no issue paying for the bike I have if they actually wanted what the bike is worth....they do not nor do they want to come get it period.

You mention karma it goes both ways buddy, stop making assumptions about people when you know nothing about them. Douchebag

You need to take a look in the mirror.... the bank doesn't give jack shit what the bike is worth now, they gave you what it was worth when you bought it and that is what is owed to them. You buy a new car and it depreciates 50% when you drive it off the lot.... does that mean you only have to pay 50% of the loan? No wonder this country is going to shit.

  7. That tether looks like a pain in the ass. I don't have one and never seen a need for one. Mine is a GS5 in a otterbox defender.

The tether is really simple. Just loops around the corners of the phone. Stops the x-grip from rotating along with keeping it in the grip. I rode many miles on my SV without the tether. But I think the wind off the FZ09 makes it more prone to getting pulled out. My GS5 Active took a 75 mph leap and survived.
