my trainer is absolutely sadistic! Leg day yesterday and I can barely walk up the stairs today! But despite he best efforts I still did cardio today. I have my next 5K this Saturday and looking to break the 30 minute mark.

This morning the pre-workout version of me wanted to stay in bed. Laid in bed for 10 minutes then finally got my arse out of bed, dressed and over to the gym. My mp3 player was dead so used my phone and used the FitRadio app. Man I need to watch what I listen to when on the elliptical. picked some good old heavy metal and 50 minutes flew by really quick. hit a best of just over 7.5 miles. I may regret this later today!

A few from the first round of Moto Series for 2013

If you've seen some of the nice low-level cameras on MotoGP and other various racing series, that's what I'm talking about. Nice, low-angle camera that makes it look like you're going to run over the camera. DiggerCam specifically was "coined" by that boring oval car racing series.

Thanks guys, Yeah I was sick of the job for a while and had started to look. The game plan at this point is to find something part-time and work on getting the photo business up and running. Gonna spend time with the kids and try and take advantage of this "down time." at this point in theim. Thankfully my better half makes a good chunk of change so we'll be doing alright. Some belt tightening will happen, but we will be doing just fine.
