the route and meet up location sounds good to me, hope for more input from others. 1. Would like to keep the equation simple, just meet and ride and finish it with no lunch in between. met time around 11 means lot of time for late brunch before ride The post ride "grab a bite" would let it be decided on the individual basis if they have time for it etc. almost all of the neo guys far Sw guys would prefer to take off to reach home before dark. 2. The second day of riding also would be decided by individual basis, many peeps seems to stay back and its worth it to ride the next day also as seo has lot to offer. I guess its better to plan it on the go, based on who is showing up etc, outside the main ride plan to make it less complicating. 3. Hopefully some of you guys can do the scout run of the route to see if the roads are in decent condition and meet spot and gas stop are good locations etc. The last two years we were fortunate to have no bad incidents and good clean roads played a big role in it. 4. Will need volunteers for lead and sweep, we might have to do upto 7 groups even if weather turns out to be awesome. 5. Almost all neo guys (except the lucky punk hail wood ) has to slab 1 to 1.5 hours to reach a decent meet spot, usually around 100 miles to meet, 300 mile ride then 100 mile back, this we do during peak riding season when daylight is plenty. This being in a cold day season beginning ride that why restricted miles. But no worries at all, once you start riding, you gonna get hooked and the miles fade away, u just wanna keep riding don't be intimidated by the numbers, just jump out and experience it, then only you will be able to decide whtr good bad or worse

oky, sounds good, UP had a decent route plotted out. Will u guys be able to do that loop some time to see if the roads are in good condition etc. I can pm you that. its about 5 hours away for us northwest and northeast guys

since its the first ride for many of us thinking about keeping it short and mostly on well known clean pavement if thats okay with the rest, bad u remember the route we did the last quick ride of fall, how about a little bit extended version of that one? we can be done and be home by 4:00 before the cold sets in

very nice, hows the traffic around this area? Easy for big group of bikes to navigate without causing much traffic congestion ?

will u guys be able to scout a meet spot and route for us with this ride? that will be ahuge favor as we from far north may not be able to make it down there for a good ride with "temps and sunlight" time so low. I can post the details, see if its worth checking out.

True the extended winter played spoil sport, I was hoping to already have the scout ride done by the first of April prolly will just ask opinion from those frequent this place and come up with spot and route
