I was looking into it, but some cons I found so far from lot of users are no waterproof, damaged in rain, connecting with non 30k Senas like 20s etc problems with statics. It seems like Sena pushed out 30k fast to compete with the scala. Almost like a beta product. A better version of the 30K I am expecting soon.

Any of you pedal heads in Zwift ?

Thx for the input guys, seems like sena has monopoly over the OR arena. If at all I plan to have some sort of communication during rides might as well go the sena route.

Which device you own? I started using them long back during which time Scala was the go to (don’t know if it was the only one) But it’s close to a decade old now and starting to show its age at times. I been seeing only sena with majority of OR folks. I used to like sena because of bang for buck factor, but these days prices are comparable but Scala offers waterproof while sena still sucks in this area. But still the whole point of having communicator is to talk with others. (Tonik 😊) newer ones can be interconnected with other brands still crappy. Just wondering what device the majority carry. The next generations ones are already here which sort of has this “self healing mesh” networking. No more standing by and clicking marathon, they literally automatically connect within range (tonik 🤣)

for sure, but i really really hope is to join OR gap trip same time same place at least once very hard to come by, 99% of Indian restaurants you see are north Indian cuisine. Hardly any around. I was really happy when this opened in Cleveland area. http://www.tasteofkeralam.com/ They started off as real good almost genuine taste but milder spice and heat lvls. But the last time i was there it was like regular north indianish taste. The manager said it was a different chef that month and the house chef was on vacation. Hopefully he is back and they are back to square one again.

funny thing is everything else in my life i am content with and never bothered to change at all. Like even the pos eye glasses i had, cloths and stuff i had was way back form india some times decade old stuff. Dont spend money on vanity much. But motorcycles....mmmmmhhhh mhhhh The only thing i cant control is motorcycles. So many different types of wonders in this world and i feel like experiencing them all. even when i say this bike will be the last bike for a foreseeable future i will be keeping an eye out for Niken used cheap next year

you have to eat authentic south indian food . Not these washed out stuff you get in Indian restaurants here

Add in a bit of flood and hail warning as well etc.

no moldy money here max. just hard worked extra hour sleepless greens which i throw at debts to make a dent and waste on OCD multibike experiments. Need to have a cure from this bike addiction and ensure its a keeper before i spend more on bling for one single bike.

😂 looks are so subjective. I absolutely love that bike and the whole concept of it. Was looking forward to it ever since they showed the prototype thingy but then again my taste is weird. I was the handful of few who loved the cyclops versys

Are there no medium lvl mirror options in this world its either really good super expensive stuff like Rizoma or cheap eBay mirrors which I been burned before on quality. Are there no regular in between brands for bang for buck?

Seems like people are gonna be staying different locations based on good deal they can find. There is no base camp in one location if I assume right? There are lot of B roads in the gap area too that are not monitored. I think it’s worth the trip down there if you get 3-4day off days. Variety is the spice of roads in Moto cuisine. WV and SEO roads we can do any solo days/ or weekend 2day schedule. And yes they are equally impressive. In fact the ride down and back from gap is well worth the trip.

Okay, will look into that. Was going for Yamaha oem led. Need to figure out all the connectors and stuff, don’t want to cut and splice etc. I been drooling over yours since it was announced. if not for 2up option I would have gotten it in a blink. gsx1kf is one of the best bang for buck Moto available now. Actually it will outperform most hyped bikes in that segment easy.

Hahaha sorry Dan, I didn’t even realize you were planning to hit the road in these area again. In my mind you never gonna hit the tarmac here or in deals gap area and most likely out of US altogether.
