Looked at bike bandit and they have their prices next to the manufacturers. The difference is substantial.

I never pay over $100/year for bike insurance. I notice more fluctuation in regard to what bike I'm insuring vs claims of the year before.

One that stands out was a woman on pioneer St who spent her last dime on cancer treatment for her little girl. We showed up dressed as santa and his elves and delivered about 3 grand worth of toys games clothes and food. For all the bullshit, drama, fights and nonsense I dealt with while a member of that club we did do some good things for our community. I'll pledge $50 to start, more if I get some overtime at work. It's the season to give and help out those less fortunate and I intend to do all I can.

One thing about friends and family: they're the first ones to fuck you over because they think they can get away with it. My fiancé loaned a friend of hers $500 a few years ago and she will never see a dime. She gets plenty of excuses tho. She even went as far as to get this woman a job at her mom's deli and still it's nothing but excuses. She eventually stopped asking. If I loan a friend money I get collateral. I don't loan to family period, there are plenty of other people in my family with piles of cash, ask one of them I got a mortgage to pay. May sound shitty but it is what it is. I like to help people out when I can, I'm not a dick, but I also am no chump.

Think it's time to get a leather riding jacket. Textile shreds way too easily. Sucks, I really liked my fieldsheer and it's done. It's good that it did it's job but you should be able to crash a jacket more than once.

It's fairly sharp. I ran mine thru one of those counter top crossed stone sharpeners and it will cut whatever you need it to.
