Just wondering if I should marshal the troops on this one. Other driver was at fault, hit me on my bike. The damage should total it out between the tank and oem exhaust. Book on the bike is $2400. I was wearing about $600 worth of gear that was damaged in the accident. Can I expect them to pay me $3k? If they total my bike will they try to take it? If I buy it back will it need a salvage title? Never been down this road before, want to know what I can expect.

I was heading home after volunteering at the fields of heroes event in Jackson, turning right onto a side street when this bitch behind me tries to pass me on the right, hits me and my bike. Popo cited her of course, bike is probably totaled out. I'm fine, full gear as always, my right knee and elbow are sore from where I went down. Fucking cagers.

I have a brinkman 4 std burner + side burner + rotisserie burner I got at HD. Its on its third season, stays outside all year, only covered during the winter and its holding up great. One little spot of rust from where I forgot to lock the casters and the wind blew it into the porch and chipped the paint. I've used the side burner MAYBE twice and wouldn't spend the extra money on one in the future. The rotisserie burner is nice , throw a pork tenderloin on the top rack and turn it every few minutes, or they sell an electric rotating spit that bolts on for like $35. My only complaint is that it burns way hotter in the back than front which is annoying if you have a full grill and constantly have to rotate your meat front to back. I've been told ceramic briquettes will remedy this, just have to fund some that will bridge the gap between the flame guards. The electric ignition takes a single AA and still works on the original battery.

They really didn't leave much untapped power in the vt motors, and if by baffle delete you mean hole saw mod, it doesn't affect back pressure enough to require a jet kit, you're just removing the resonator. The compression is so low in that motor that even with a 4° advance you won't be in danger of detonation on 87 octane. Its your money but you're throwing it away on these mods, upgraded gear would be a wiser investment, but what do I know?

Two guys at work told me iron man wasn't worth the ticket, that he's only in the suit for a little while at the very end.

Honestly its not worth the money to pipe, jet and mod a shadow, you end up paying hundreds of dollars for 3 hp with a perfect tune.

Why not trade for a cruiser? I'd swap you my vt1100 and some cash but the wife would kill me.

S&s has the goofiest names for their gear and features....its like they're marketing to the squids in an attempt to convert them. I have heard good things about their gear quality tho. Nice looking lid.
