  1. If you had a 750 you wouldnt need a hill to do wheelies.
  2. I will add a disclaimer that I found that in the automotive section, not the motorcycle section. I agree that it looks like this will be a good thing in the end.
  3. This is from Todd on the "other" forum. I have had to hold off on posting any more schedules because the owner has asked me to wait until he can finalize some details for improvements. He is not wanting to post a schedule in fear of having to cancel dates before he knows what work might or might not get done over the next month or so.Sorry, I wish I had a better answer but that is the best I can give.If you have questions specifically about the track please see the Facebook page (www.facebook.com/nelsonledgesracecomplex)and ask there, I have handed over the Facebook page to the owner.
  4. Never happen. Unless of course I dont get mine together by the time we go down there and we are bringing up the rear with the small blocks.
  5. Nah not that many things are changing. Just added cap extenders, re sprung the suspension and at some point a 750.
  6. And frame, swing arm and wheels.
  7. Suspension is on its way. Cap extenders on the forks, seals and fluid replaced and a new spring in one of the forks. Shock is refreshed as well with a softer spring. Hoping to get that all back on this weekend.
  8. The wife got me one 50% off as an early birthday present. It's super legit.
  9. My POS still looks like this.... long way to go. At the WERA round with Brandon this year I liked his toolbox enough that I had to go pick one up.
  10. Road Atlanta is real easy to learn so you would probably be fine in A. Last year I just sat a pit out for a few seconds until everyone else had gone out and made a few laps by myself, however I would have rather dropped down to I for the first session.
  11. Thanks for the clarification Rusty.
  12. I'm a fan of everything mid ohio is proposing except the prerequisite for the number of days ran. I ran one day at mid ohio last year so I have to go to intermediate. Intermediate/advanced requires you to have ran intermediate days which I haven't done in years. So now I'm in intermediate/novice? Anyone want to buy a mid ohio gift certificate off of me?
  13. If you have never ridden with N2 before you will need to start in I or N and then get bumped from there unless you have a current race license. Honestly im not sure of your pace so I suppose that is at your discretion as to which you would pick.
  14. Is that what we are gonna tell Musky as we disappear on the straights?
  15. If I could ever get ahold of Musky... Forks and shock going out to Metric Devil this week of r a refresh and cap extenders on the forks. At this rate il be the slow guy on the 600 at RA....
  16. Last year at RA was rough....... Poor Musky. And then there is Ron walking through the paddock in his underwear.
  17. If you want we should be able to fit you, Ron and Ryan in the trailer. Rough guess of $90 for gas round trip. Not sure everyone is going to want to sleep in the trailer though...
  18. Im in the same boat, except im not the one building the engine. I also have no suspension on the bike at the present time.
  19. Come down to Road Atlanta in March and im sure you can take one home as a souvenir.
  20. Wheelies for dayzzzzz coming off of turn 6.
  21. Ron better hide that "Perfect mix" cup or he is going to have the same issue as last year.
  22. Musky is an N2 CR and one of Rons redneck buddies from Washington PA.
  23. hmm... been trying to plan out my year and am having a hard time figuring out which WERA races to go to. I was really hoping for a summit point round but I dont see that on there. I would like to go to cycle jam but there are track days at PIRC that weekend. Looks like alot of Grattan, never been out there before. CCS looks like they might have good locations\dates.
