  1. You probably have a new stalker but at least know what he's driving.
  2. I love German engineering and even though I own an older Porsche, this the one I'd love to have - 997 twin turbo: Right next to it in my garage, I'd love to have this one (and a bit more practical):

    Perfect, part 3

Why, yes, it is definitely perfect.
  4. My CU is in Idaho so I doubt it will ever be an issue.

    Obama's plan

There was time not too long ago that something as simple as depression would have all but ended your career options in the military....that is, actively seeking treatment for it and having med's subscribed. If you wanted to be a part of Spec Ops, you had to admit to having the med's and they, not medical professionals, would determine if you could attend or continue actively training (example, the SFQC). Of course, you could be a walking drunk during PT and nothing was ever said about it. Our PT runs were a rolling brewery at Bragg and as long as you weren't drunk at the 0800 formation, all was good.

    Obama's plan

I agree now that I've more time to process the information from his speech and have read through his EA's list. Straw sale enforcement has always been a joke and enforcing the universal background check will be a huge failure.

    Obama's plan

I agree with the universal background check system (who is paying for it?) and the tougher penalties for straw sales. The call for a new AWB and high cap magazine ban is the one aspect of his speech that I vehemently disagree with but he did say, more than once, that it is up to the American people to decide what they want and for Congress to act accordingly. I respect that because it is the correct procedure vs. draconian orders from the WH. Or at least that is what I got out of when I realized it was 12:03 and his announcement was being televised. I missed the first 3 minutes.
  9. The FB and other website dates are disturbing as well as the ME's behavior, the odd man who took in 6 children, family interviews, and other correlating events in the area. I'm not one to buy into conspiracies since they never seem to be proven as reality but the inconsistencies surrounding this event definitely make one wonder what the hell is going on and why.
  10. Interesting approach...any ideas on where Ohio would wind up?
  11. That affects all of the wankers up in NY....even the so called Repub's didn't protest or vote it down so they get what they deserve from a moron Guv who is only thinking about how to position himself politically for a run at the WH in 2016.
  12. Westerville? Ha, I lived right next door in Worthington for two years and I can't say it was filled with nice people.
  13. Or you could just wait for one of these to be available...a 3d printed magazine.
  14. Novel idea, a tad-bit on the cultish side, and I don't think I'd want to be around the nutcases who'll flock to this "utopia". Plus, I want to own my land and home....not lease the land for 30 years. I'm also thinking that a couple of drone attacks from the Evil empire will do them in right quick so those walls won't mean squat.
  15. While I've been looking to buy some land out in the PNW to build a house, mostly in N. Idaho and E. Washington, this isn't quite what I had in mind. http://cnsnews.com/blog/gregory-gwyn...rhood-fortress Patriotic Group To Build Armed 'Defensible' Neighborhood Fortress A group of like-minded patriots, bound together by pride in American exceptionalism, plan on building an armed community to protect their liberty. The group, named Citadel, intends to purchase 2,000 to 3,000 acres for the project in western Idaho. The community will comprise of 3,500 to 7,000 families of patriotic Americans who "voluntarily choose to live together in accordance with Thomas Jefferson's ideal of Rightful Liberty." According to the Citadel website, Rightful Liberty means that "neighbors keep their noses out of other neighbors' business, that neighbors live and let live." Citadel explains that residents in the community will be bound by the following: Patriotism Pride in American Exceptionalism Our proud history of Liberty as defined by our Founding Fathers, and Physical preparedness to survive and prevail in the face of natural catastrophes --such as Hurricanes Sandy or Katrina -- or man-made catastrophes such as a power grid failure or economic collapse. Residents should also agree that being "prepared for the emergencies of life and being proficient with the American icon of Liberty -- the Rifle -- are prudent measures." Some of the benefits of the Citadel community include a safe, well-prepared, patriotic community where children will be educated in school, not indoctrinated. The community will be protected by a perimeter wall that will be inaccessible to "tourists." Each neighborhood within the community will have lower walls, dividing the town into defensible sections. The website has a link to applications where prospective residents can sign up. According to Citadel, more than 200 families have completed applications, even before any land has been purchased. While Citadel may sound wonderful to many who are reading this, the community has posted a warning on their home page: "Marxists, Socialists, Liberals and Establishment Republicans will likely find that life in our community is incompatible with their existing ideology and preferred lifestyles." Citadel says that every patriot selected to live within the community "will voluntarily agree to follow the footsteps of our Founding Fathers by swearing to one another our lives, our fortunes and our Sacred Honor to defend one another and Liberty against all enemies, foreign and domestic." 16. I know of one that's for sale but the upper/lower is a hideous anodized green but the reviews of their products are top notch quality. So, if the M1A doesn't happen like real soon and it's still around, I might snatch it up.
  17. Ha, they had me going there until they claimed that the NRA was a just a front for all of those liberal groups. That, and the "National Center For Gun Control in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba."
  18. Speaking of AR's, anyone have any experience with Sun Devil?
  19. Take the Apache, for sure. And as for the poor 'ol Taliban, they came looking for a fight and we're giving them exactly what they've asked for. Fuck 'em.
  20. Some people are just disgusting pigs and weren't raised with manners, common regard/respect for their fellow man, etc. And I agree with the buffer thing....it's just common courtesy, you know.
  21. I was gonna say that our beloved jbot isn't Japanese but....he's got it covered.
