  1. What are some low maintenance plants that are cheap? By low maintenance I pretty much mean carefree... the occasional rain will be enough water for them.
  2. That's going to be for the Dems what repealing Affordable Care Act was for the Reps

    Windows 10

Windows 7 has support until 2020
  4. This only eliminates the automatic CCW ban for those sites. The institutions still have the option to keep it in effect by posting the no CCW signs. I don't see any daycares or colleges allowing CCW, so this bill is effectively meaningless.

    Westworld

I generally wait for seasons to finish before binge watching anymore. So Westworld is finished now/ Queuing it up....
  6. Don't consider consolidating the Feds if you think you can get forgiveness. Look into changing the payment schedule (graduated, or income based, etc) to lower the payments there - unless doing that will muck up the forgiveness terms. Only pay the minimum on the Feds if they'll be forgiven. When consolidating the privates be aware of the fees and any rebalancing or additional principal being added on. If the new interest rate isn't a significant decrease you may end up not saving anything with the re-fi.
  7. Put xfce Mint Linux on the compaq
  8. Was nice to see something different. I can't remember how long the current skin has been used.
  9. Final price bumping. $110 shipped or $100 in person for the both CPU and RAM.
  10. The 918, P1, LaFerrari comparison/reviews was something they left on the table, I think even already filmed for one of the last TG episodes that didn't get to air. That's why they got it out of the way in the first episode. Overall I really liked the first episode. Some things did fall flat, the studio bits really, but TG had plenty of those moments as well. Glad to have the gang back together. Excited to see what the travelling locations bring - the cinematography in the first episode was exceptional.
  11. If you have any mechanic's or parts receipts you may want to hold onto them. They'll show you bought a clunker for cheap.
  12. I find it weird that he would get the form, since it's the buyer that pays sales tax. Maybe he claimed it on it on his taxes, for some deduction? I guess they're likely just cross-checking. I wouldn't do anything unless you get something addressed to yourself.
  13. That's quite crappy. Are they made by Imbel down there or someone else? Made by Taurus proper?
  14. No issues with the graphics card. It is definitely better than a 260. Still under-powered for new releases though. (Fallout 4 is a step above a slide-show for example)
  15. - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996995 $110 Shipped / $100 FtF for the pair. Final price before Ebay'ing or just keeping. SOLD - SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16
  16. Another idea I've had was taking the child tax credit and flipping it around. Those with low income don't get shit, whereas those that pay more income tax get a proportionally increasing tax credit. Would incentive educated and well-off people into having more children (many just make maintenance birth rates), instead of idiots, dipshits, lowlifes and general trash people from pumping out more and more burdens that will never contribute and only be a drain on society.
  17. Was just a quick thought. No where near being perfect.
  18. Snipped that long post, but I've thought along this before. It might be more fair to have two sets of voting. Everyone can vote on representatives and social issues, but when it comes to taxes, levies, and expenditures, etc., only those that pay taxes get to vote. If you wanted to make it really fair, give weighted votes based on taxes paid.
  19. Just priming the "Russians totally hacked the eletcionz guise!!!!1!!11!!" scenario so they can put their chosen one in

    Tv Options?

Great advice for anything not just TVs
  21. Besides the roof and windscreen missing there doesn't really look like much damage to the cabin.
  22. Jennings J-22 clone/rebrand? If so like $50 max. Those things are notorious for jamming and breaking. Okay I checked around and perhaps was exaggerating. They're listed $100-$150 range online. (having personally owned one I wouldn't pay more than $50 myself)
