  1. Sleek looking car, but the black trim really cheapens it to me. Is an All Road available with color matched trim?

  3. Go around to competing dealerships, ask for bumper stickers, plate frames, any advertisement stuff and slap them on his cars. I imagine it'd chap his ass to advertise for someone else.

    1985 Jeep CJ-7

No thanks Vinny. This is just a fair weather driver for me so if I'd trade it I'd want another toy. The GTP is cool, but daily driver cool. Haha Shaun, indeed it is. I put new belts in it to make sure my boy would be good to go. He likes it, but tells me we need another fast car.
  6. 1985 Jeep CJ-7 4.2 Inline 6 T5 5 speed manual Clean title 149k miles Located in Wellston, Ohio Asking $5500, trade value would be higher I'd consider this a nice drivable project. It's over 30 years old so there will always be some basic upkeep and maintenance, but it does run and drive great. Frame is solid, tub is steel and has some small bubbles in typical spots but no rot and no filler. Has a hardtop and full doors. It does have a couple leaky gaskets (valve cover and rear dif cover for sure) and needs some carb tuning because it has an Offenhauser intake and Holley 4 barrel that runs rich. I bought it from my uncle who owned it for about 10 years and drove it to me from Marysville, I've just been driving it short distances but have spent many weekends cruising around for hours without issue. Steering, suspension, brakes, trans etc are all in great shape. I have enough extras to fill the Jeep up that are included. Mostly smalls in a few boxes but also some 1 piece axles, tube steps, carpet set (tub is rhino lined). http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps5vsae4qz.jpeg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpscxph1u9f.jpeg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpszoygw64w.jpeg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpspr5weoyn.jpeg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpssaupzwf4.jpeg
  7. Saw Jarvis post the dyno vid last night but didn't realize it was yours. Very nice.
  8. Yikes. Good luck, I'll be following.
  9. Is this supposed to be upsetting?
  10. Update says they'll buy the vehicle back for the resale value prior to September, plus additional compensation. Not bad at all.
  11. What about a single cab truck?
  12. Awesome, congrats on the job!
  13. Clean it up and do basic maintenance, drive it with a for sale sign and make some profit while providing somebody with a good project.
  14. I've never really cared for the '69+ coupes, but that one has potential for the money. Maybe see if they'd be interested in keeping the wheels? You could easily find some cheap rollers to get it home on. Some stance adjustment, blacked out tail panel, and some 03-04 Mach 1 wheels would be budget friendly and make a big difference in appearance.
  15. ^I agree with you. Referring to it as a "budget build" then saying it was around $38k in parts is laughable to me, but a budget build is relative to ones budget. The gated shifter was out of place to me, but it wouldn't have been as bad if it didn't have all that chatter in the trans. Really took away from the quality level of the build to me. That trans is overkill for the car, plenty of ways to keep it quiet and still handle the power. Overall though the car is badass.
  16. No shame in flipping, but I agree there are unspoken rules and to me, taking your own pictures is rule #1. I sold my Dart a couple weeks ago and was happy with the amount I got out of it, sold it to a boy who has a small dealership and I knew 100% he would flip it. I gave him some suggestions on cheap improvements and told him I hoped he did well with it and told him to call me if he had any questions and whatnot. I was a little chapped when I saw it on Craigslist the next day using a combination of pics from my Facebook (none even current) and a copy/paste of my description I sent to him.
  17. That grille in the center of the bumper is horrendous.
  18. I've been merciless on my Craftsman LT2000 (I think) for about 6 years now and it's never missed a beat. However, .5-.75 acre? Push mow that shit.
  19. NASA directed and produced sex tape. Only viewable by millionaires, you peasants.
