Factory hood is just flat. With the factory hood and wheels, the car will essentially look like a V6. From a buyer's perspective, I would leave the car as is. A lot of the appeal to me is the hood and wheel/tire setup. It will absolutely sell, and there's no reason why it shouldn't bring very close to the asking price (or the full price if the stock wheels are included), it's only been for sale for a few days. I sold my Harley Sunday night and was very interested in this, but had some restraint only due to it being a '98 car, and ended up finding 2 cars (very, very different vehicles) that I'm more interested in right now.

The major benefit of the Roush kit is the ability to keep the warranty. I'm not sure whether it's still through Ford or through Roush afterwards, but I know you must use Roush's tune, which is very conservative. From what I've read on the 5.0s, the best beginning mods for the money are a shifter/shifter bracket and a tune, but sounds to me like he's got a much larger budget to work with. If he's familiar with how forums work, tell him to get on svtperformance and read for weeks until he decides what's best for him. The aftermarket is huge for them, so it all just depends on his budget and what he feels the car is lacking.

I literally just scrapped 2 good ones 2 weeks ago because I was making room in storage at our shop, one of which had been rebuilt and never used again. I took them to my great uncle's scrap yard in Jackson, Osborne Scrap. He asked if both were good, so I don't think he planned to take them apart. I don't know much about the motors themselves, but they were used to start an old 105 cfm air compressor and I believe they're 3 phase. We have a third one at the shop still, but it has the pulley setup for the compressor so I'd like to keep them together.

I can't quit looking at this thread...

YouTube link isn't working for me. Any idea on why the fuel gauge isn't working?

It's really not all that impressive, all things considered. Sounds like chit.

Put the working stereo back in, sell Dual for $20.

We bought a Jet Sport with the Sky Slider roof new in 2011 and I still absolutely love it. Mine just rolled over 33k, glad to see yours is still trouble free at 100k. GLWS

Cash talks. Kinda off the S2k kick right now, really looking for a full size extended or crew cab truck!

Building my kid a lowered radio flyer wagon
-Alex- replied to DaddyBuiltRacing's topic in Pics and Vids
"Building my kid a lowered radio flyer wagon" Let's all tell him why it's possibly unsafe for our own children. OP, I think it's awesome that you're doing this project with your son. From previous posts, he's clearly a gearhead in training and I'm sure he's going to have a blast through the building process and actually using his creation when it's completed. -
I would call out Toretto for respect. To some people, that's more important.

I am the second owner of this car, bought it about a year ago from the original owner who ordered it in 2003 and kept up with the maintenance extremely well and it shows. Very clean car with no rust or major dents/scratches, just some small rock chips that have been touched up and some slight clearcoat peeling at the top of the driver's door. Interior is black cloth and in great shape. This is about as loaded as they come, short of a GLI. Power locks and windows, cruise, cold A/C and hot heat, heated seats, moonroof, etc. and everything works as it should. Mechanically the car runs and drives great, no odd noises or oil burning or anything of that nature. Currently the only mods are OEM style black housing headlights, a catless downpipe, and the swiss cheese/shaved air box mod. Asking $5500 obo. I prefer cash, but willing to add boot for an S2k or full size 4 door truck

Looks super clean. I'd like to have those wheels for my Jetta.

Has to be related to Tourette's Guy. I laughed a lot, but wanted to boot her in the jaw or kick her cart across the neighbors yard.

Wife wants a convertible, I need a truck, what's out there?

Contact Info: Alex McWilliams Wellston, OH 74O-577-1O2O text preferred 2008 HD Street Bob in Vivid Black, has around 5500 miles now I believe but I will continue to ride it as time and weather allows. Mechanically it's in awesome shape, runs great and the tires and brakes are in good shape. This has the bigger 96 cubic inch fuel injected motor and 6 speed trans, fires up quick and does great on the highway. Cosmetically the only thing it needs is some buffing on the rear fender where a leather bag had rubbed on it. I used some Meguiers on it by hand and it satisfied me, but in certain lights you can still see it. A buffer should be more than enough to handle it. The only mods are a Burly Slammer kit front and rear, slip ons, HD primary cover, flipped mirror, and I plastidipped the air cleaner and battery cover band. I have the stock suspension and a passenger seat and sissy bar with the previously mentioned leather bag. I also removed the horn and belt guard and have those as well. Asking $10,000 obo. Really only interested in an S2K, but will listen to all offers. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/70F17A49-78E9-49DA-8D6A-832893E00E03-843-000001194D2949D6_zpsefef3f6e.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/04DADFEA-1A9F-4101-BDA8-B10285D2B962-843-00000119541E7031_zpsc745650a.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/DE49400C-C207-46FB-A1A6-2F2C2BCCC270-10532-00000C51D7A34A27_zps818394fb.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/9B680A20-60BC-4B00-9211-570F43967F05-843-000001194189ED35_zps8c4b26c9.jpg

Cory's car got parted out completely, so I highly doubt that's it. Looks clean other than the hood.

Was expecting sideways sedans plowing through crowds of people. Not sure if I was disappointed or pleased.

I think having the A pillars color matched would make a big difference in a good way.

Was trying to clean my windshield and pulled the wrong stalk. Suck my dick, pig!

Works or Advans in bronze or gunmetal. No black. No white.

Not really a steal for an '06, I've seen a few with 40k-60k on them for $35k obo on corvetteforum.

Guess I should've Googled first, I don't play games on my pc. I was hoping it was just a wholesaler or something.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is Steam?
