i called them last week, and the lady said they have it on file, but good luck getting anything done on it until around JULY 2013! WTF!

 

she did say however, that if we get a appraisal done, or sell the house. it will move us to the front of the line.

 

yeah mine was only rock solid because i had both a HUD1 from recent sale, and appraisal. im assuming those that are more difficult are put off til later.

Who gives a fuck if someone starts a business from a loan? You pay interest on loaned money anyhow. That interest is a cost of doing business, an opportunity cost, and a in most cases a first venture into entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is a factor of this economy right next to land, labor and capital. Unfortuately politicians are trying to stifle it, when it was what built this country in the first place.

Just as an update, franklin county just sent me a certified letter, approving a $56,800 reduction in my taxable value. Right around 6 or 7 months to complete.

ok, but if it takes gas, to create gas, its a 1 to 1 transfer, holding everything constant. since e85 contains less energy gallon for gallon, we are essentially wasting normal gasoline to produce e85. why would you use 1 gallon of gas to create 2/3 a gallon of gas?

basically it takes like 1.5 gallons of regular gas or diesel to produce just 1 gallon of e85. for some reason the government thought it would be a good idea to pay for all this. the only reason its cheaper is because the government makes it cheaper.
