From how I know their hiring scheme, and what they are looking for, they are basically looking for someone mildly techy (no certs necessarily), and someone who can communicate effectively, use excel, and can organize well.

Not sure there is acutal damage to the wheel. When I say "bent in" i mean the whole wheel physically looks like it is bent inward, maybe by a few degrees.
