Was looking at beaver run lap times and the little track is only a little bit quicker than the 'big' track. 1:08 isn't a horrible time on the little track.

I have nothing against 2 stokes at all. Own a couple now. I was asking because my CRF250 would probably blow up riding a big track. I have no concerns about beating a two stroke around CRP though.

CRP races will start around 11 AM. We run multiple classes of minis and one Super Moto class. Two sprint races per class. No specific SM track just the .7 mile 10 turn road course. If you plan to race be there around 8 am. Your bike doesn't need to be perfectly setup to race to have a lot of fun. You probably won't beat me anyway

Last OMRL race is Saturday 10/5. Come out and race! Cookout afterwards.

My source says they are considering it. I'd say we may be able to race our bikes and maybe xr100's.

Another example where science and information advanced and laws didn't keep up. Ear plugs are good for far more reasons than bad.

Only crazy people think that pushing on the pegs will turn a bike. Or hanging off. You can twist to get a little but it will be slow and ineffective. Anyone who believes otherwise needs to go test their theory and report back. Some confuse weighting the pegs which can be used to help the front end grip when exiting a turn. I understand that mx racers use this and I learned a long time ago that it would help the bike finish a turn by allowing the front to keep traction. I don't know how exactly it works but I have weighted the outside peg and it worked. It solved the front tire from dancing across the track under full throttle.
