  1. If Virginia and Ohio have interlinked systems when it comes time to renew your registration Virginia will not renew it until you pay the ticket then you will need to go to the county court house and pay it in person to get a release. If they do not have that agreement it will just show on your credit report in about a year. If it was a speeding ticket they would also issue a warrant for you arrest. These agreements change almost every year so at the very least it will only show up on your credit report.
  2. They are illegal to use not own. But you have to make the decision what is more important your life or someone talking on the phone. Besides how are you going to get caught? You can buy a good one online for less than $150.00 I have one I bought for use on my bike while riding but it did not work out as well as planned. It jammed all the phones out to over 100 yards great but women when crazy and started to weave all over the road and paid less attention to where they are going trying to find out why their phone stopped working. Had one almost run off the road in to a ditch.
  3. I would like to take about 100 M80s and duck tape them to the chicken shit and then set them off 1 at a time and at the end if they were still alive bury them in salt. The problem is Americans are to PC to do what is needed to stop this shit from happening It may be time to start carrying a cell phone jammer when out at public events for protection most of these types of bombs are set off using cell phones and a good jammer will block all cell phone signals within 300 feet of you and stop and explosion while you are in the area.

  8. GreenLight High Power Trigger is a magnet that is suppose to help change the light http://www.jpcycles.com/product/151-387
  9. Always stop your bike on top of one of the trigger wires that runs parallel to your bike that should solve your problem some times when you stop between them your bike doesn’t have enough mass to trigger the light. It has never been a problem on the Harley.
  10. When the local asshat (LEO) is too lazy to file a report call the OSHP Right in front of him And have them come out and do the report If it was not your fault. He (LEO) probably knew the other driver did he site him on let him walk.
  11. Here is a link to the C.H.P. Statement on Lane Splitting http://www.chp.ca.gov/programs/lanesplitguide.html
  12. I use to do the same thing back in the 70s on my KZ1000. But I was a lot smarter back then and knew everything. I do not have a problem lane splitting thru stopped traffic but I think you’re asking for trouble if it’s moving even at 15mph I have had friends knocked over by a car changing lanes and then get run over by the car on the other side of them all at under 20mph was not a happy ending. I have been riding for over 45 years and have seen a lot and had some bad shit happen to me I still like to push the limits but there is a time and place for it in a traffic jam with P.O. cagers all around you is not one of them.
  13. Never stop directly behind anything always stay to the right or left of it and watch your mirrors and if needed move up next to the vehicle in front of you. Always leave yourself a way out. You will never get a ticket for that. Even in California if you hit another vehicle while lane splitting you will get sited. Bikes are small and disappear in to blind spots easily.
  14. Doing it at any other time then in a traffic jam (stopped traffic) is nature’s way of weeding out the stupid That is defensive driving not lane splitting Nice Move
  15. Bad Bad Bad grapesmuggler27 Stop that

China will step in if things get out of hand they do not want problems with the U.S. We owe them so much money that if we stopped payments on them and broke off ties it would bankrupt them and put their main source of income out of business.
  17. They will side with the buyer 99% of the time if buyers start complaining about getting ripped off everyone would stop buying they do not worried about the seller they know that even if you get ripped off they can throw a few bucks at you and you will keep selling stuff.
  18. Theses videos’ are great training tools watch them and learn from them think what really caused this accident and what could I do to change the outcome. 99% of them were avoidable by the rider. The most dangerous time for a new rider is when he stops being scared and thinks he is too good to crash and the time he learns he is not. And remember the most dangerous part on a motorcycle is the nut that attaches the handlebars to the seat.
  19. I wondered if anyone would put the two together
  20. A few simple rules: Personally, I ride like I am the invisible man. No one can see me, and I expect everyone to be an idiot. Pay close attention to everything around you, and learn to read situations before they become a danger. YOU AND ONLY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY! IMO, all these lights and reflectors fool riders into a false sense of security. News flash, you could put stadium lighting on the front of your bike, and you will still be in danger of not being seen. Period. No amount of noise/lighting/horns is a substitute for riding skill and overall situational awareness. Defensive/reactionary riding will get you killed. Ride with a controlled aggression, a little faster than the average traffic, put other vehicles where you want them to be. For example, if you are constantly getting passed on the highway you are not in control of your surroundings and you should speed up. There are situations that result in accidents that are completely out of our control. It happens. But, most motorcycle accidents could be avoided by better situational awareness and overall skill, not big bright lights and loud pipes. Don't rely on inanimate objects to save your ass. A few simple rules: 1. Ride faster than traffic 2. Never hang next to any vehicle, either pass or fall behind if need be 3. Every vehicle at every intersection is going to cut you off 4. Expect every vehicle to change lanes right in front of you, see #2 5. That car approaching behind you at a light will rear end you. Never stop directly behind anything stay to the side Leave a little space and watch him in your mirrors. 6. Your throttle will get you out of more situations safely than your brakes ever will. Sounds like a lot of work? It is, but your life is probably worth it. Once you've done it for awhile though, it becomes second nature. It will greatly improve your cage driving skills as well.
  21. Married 38 years still have each others backs and she is still the best looking woman I know. It takes work from both sides
