Factual scientific narrative will not impede the left's fear mongering tactics. Please don't confuse me with the facts that the majority of the earth's history there were no polar ice caps.
We should definitely stop the keystone pipeline. That will stop global warming.

I remembered to buy Mother's Day presents.
Thanks to you, I also remembered Mother's Day.

I probably shouldn't lead. I tend to pay more attention to the surrounding hazards and cagers than the speed. If you wanna make some time, I can help. However, on a trip like this, medium and steady wins the long distance race.

Mmmmmm. Beer and brats.

Looks good. I am going through there a couple weeks after we get back from South Dakota. Looks like a good way to avoid Knoxville and get in some extra twistees.Next time detour the northern part of the 'Devils Triangle that sends you west of knoxville well north of the city....then south to the dragon.

It would look like this: http://goo.gl/maps/gSvBW
116 is the part you want. Be warned, the road is awesome....then it can go to crap in a heartbeat. Early on there are three EXTREME switchbacks right in a row....45 degrees up and if I were through the corner I could reach out and touch you going up on the other side of the corner. The Bushy State Prison is cool, it's abandoned, you can park by the sign and get pics of your bike there....sometimes the one remaining guard will come out and take you in for a little tour.

When heading for the gap, I usually leave Cbus early and have lunch a little north of Knoxville. I am riding the tail of the dragon in the early afternoon. Granted, I ride a touring bike. If, as you say, you can get comfortable on the freeway, make the trip on the bike. It really isn't that hard. Just take an ibuprofen or two and wear some biker shorts. It will make the campfire beer that evening taste much better. It was that trip that sold me on the benefits of sport touring bikes.

Where are you gonna put the beer without a trunk?

Maybe he has motor envy.

Run the marathon, you'll never regret it. I did the 2010 Glass City in 3:46. It was an amazing experience.
I ran a half marathon yesterday. So right now, a marathon sounds like a terrible idea. In a couple days, I will definitely feel differently.
At 3:46, you had a great run. My fastest half was only a 1:59.

It is pretty sad when my biggest concern is now the documentation portion of the ride. I really want the IBA certification. It gets my butt from the need to run a full marathon.

Great news my weekly vacation for the week of the 9th has been approved. Still waiting to see if I got my floating holiday for the 16th but even if denied I think I'll be ill that day.
Congrats. I am ready to go. This trip will not come soon enough!

That old man clearly violated the victims right to his money. That old man should be incarcerated, and he should give up everything he owns to the victims. I am becoming much more astute to liberal logic!

They should have huddled together and sung the insurance jingle.

Welcome. Does the Hypermotard really create points on your drivers license like they say?
-
The key to riding in the rain is an occasional waxing of the face shield and windshield. It works as well as windshield wipers when you are at speed.

That is incredible. I want to see the outtakes of the failed attempts.

A dual sport bike to be used as dual sport and supermoto, then use the remainder to get an early 90s vfr.

This reminds me that I need to order an EZ Pass.

Nice bike! Nothing better than a sexy exotic Italian.
-
Nice. He takes such good care of the bike that he puts less than a thousand miles per year on it.

We had the same issue. Do you have an upstairs wall over or near the first stair? We do, so we used a tall ladder with the base near the middle of the stairs. The top of the ladder was leaned against the upstairs wall. We made a platform using 2 old 2x6s and an old piece of plywood that we had laying in the garage. We put the platform into the ladder. Trimming was obviously the hard part. Then we used a roller with a pole to get the majority of the wall.
-
Problem is the stairs.
Is it a large area, or just the walls and ceiling over the stairs?
-
If the area is large, you can rent a rolling scaffold. That would definitely get the job done cheaper than hiring someone to do it.

I can't believe that you could possibly expect us to keep it under a mere 130mph for over 1000 miles. What nerve,
