  1. I'm willing to bet that the barbell restrictor was left out.
  2. You're welcome, any time. Most vibrations are caused by wheels and tires, it's not a big surprise.
  3. Have you felt around the tire for a slipped belt?

*cough* job *cough* What do you get a long lunch break or something?
  5. Stock as in direct fit yes, it is built as well.
  6. Want to come sell cars? They can't seem to find any salesman worth a shit at Dave Gill.
  7. I have that flexplate in my Camaro, it's a direct replacement but has a second set of holes and came with an adaptor for the converter snout. I'm fairly certain the centerline of the crank and input shaft line up, but like I said have never done it personally so I don't want to tell you that it fits for sure.
  8. As for specifics on the 350/400 I'm at a loss as i have no real first hand knowlege. A properly built 4L60 with 5 pinion planets, good clutches, and aftermarket servos will support 700-800 wheel in most cars, the heavier the car the less likely it will last. Obviously with the RX7 it should be enough. A 4L80 on the other hand is much stronger and with some good clutches and such should hold around 1000HP. It should be noted that the transmissions are very different, the 80 is a bigger case and has different gear ratios.

  10. Why don't you come out to one of the smaller clubs to try it out? Much more relaxed atmosphere, easier to learn, less people, just a suggestion. SCCA usually has over 150 people, I bet the Miata club this weekend doesn't have 50, and anyone is welcome at these as well.

    Depression

Exercise and eating right doesn't really make the difference, it's about the balance of natural chemicals in the brain. Of course I think the best advice in this thread is to go talk to a professional, a lot of people still think there's something wrong with you for seeing someone about these type things but trust me it can be very helpfull to talk.

    Depression

Go see someone about it, there are many ways to treat it. I've never been formally diagnosed but I saw a counsilor for about a year that helped me greatly in dealing with it. However I get hammered when it gets bad so its not like I have a solid handle on it, they call that self medicating.
  15. Would this be something that would have came on my dad's 68 Mustang with a 302? He has mentioned getting rid of some of the old parts.
  16. I hate, traffic stupid driver's who think they are entittled to take up the fucking road pointless unfunny trolling people who can't share things, like the road selfish pricks who can't see things from other perspectives in other words, if you aren't nice to me or have somethign worthwhile to contribute in this world you can DIAF otherwise I hate the "other" types of cars, music, and people that are just wastes of space that don't do anything very well and just take up extra space.
  17. Okay everybody pussed out, I went anyway and enjoyed a nice relaxing aftrnoon.
  18. Obviously you never want to eat with me again, how many fridays do you have to go there?
  19. Since I haven't had the Camaro out for a few weeks I'll be driving it to C&C, and if some of you want to go for a cruise that would be great. See you tomarow.
  20. Sounds like it could be a clogged cat, like TurboNova said creating an exhaust leak to remove any excessive back pressure before the cat will tell the tale. That should be your first move.
