Kind of figured that much, Jap cars are plain, boring, and I could care less about most owners of them seeing as how every slow moving, lost, weaving, moron I see on the road always seems to be driving some jap crap. BTW Gingers driving a Lexus are the worst.

How much longer do you have on the Element? Maybe you could just refinance it, pay for the timing belt ect, and lower your payment.

My Silverado has the 4.3 V6 and it doesn't hold a candle mileage wise to the cars he listed. It gets somewhere in the low 20s with me driving. If you want to look at trucks I guess the only thing close to what Wagner is looking for would be a Tacoma or whatever Nissan's little truck is. These vehicles make me :barf:

I wish I had something usefull to add here, but the 3 Toyotas and a Honda you list are such generic little cars. I'd rather drive a beater without a payment, or just payoff your Element and pay a little in upkeep. Either way it would be cheaper to not buy a newer car.

I have to agree with this. I don't buy into all the healthy lifestyle shit anyway, I'll be 30 in a couple months and have no plans on changing anything.

I've never been to this, but I'm going to be taking a couple of our Callaway Corvettes down to this saturday. Is it the V6 or the inline-6? The vortec 4.3 I'd be checking for leaking spider injection, and the 4.2 has a camshaft phaser that can go bad or get clogged up and cause a shitty idle rough running problem. These are just a few ideas, it could always have a weak ignition coil or something stupid like that.

The Marine intake is your only decent option, and it really isn't all that bad considering you can get it with injectors and rails for $500.

Get anything other then Vette wheels, thats what everybody does. I've seen those deep dish Vette replicas in person and they look like ass, if you want to see them swing by Dave Gill the Vette is still on our lot. I like a few styles from Billet Specialties, and CCWs are always nice.
