Rode to work this morning. Realized without heated grips, summer gloves don't do too well under 40 degrees. Hit some good twisty roads on the way home from work. The MT is a thirsty beast. 95 miles and the low fuel light came on.

Ok I gotta work Saturday but I have Friday off. Weather is looking good. Time for me to get the MT for an actual ride. My pace is going to be slow, since it's my first time really out on the new bike. If anyone is interested, we will meet in Caldwell at the Pilot gas station at 11am.

Added a USB charging outlet to my helmet shelf. Also got the license plate for the MT.

Installed a new tail bag on the MT in preparation for the gap trip. It's a sport touring bike........right?

Suit looks in great shape for it's age. I really like mine. The one piece is definitely an acquired taste. GLWS

Installed a set of Woodcraft rear spools on the MT. The first set I bought were some Amazon special anodized ones, and first time with the stand, they scratched. The delrin spools looks better anyways.

Well idk yet. I had them below the bars and they were completely useless when moving. Now that I have moved them up, I haven't rode with them adjusted correctly. The mirrors I got are just cheap eBay ones.

Got a ram mount for the MT, then flipped the mirrors around to make them more usable.

Got home after work, it was 6:30, 58 degrees. I had to take the bike out for a spin. Did a short 30 mile loop of nothing but twisties. Didn't have my stich at the house, so I wore my new leather suit. It was surprisingly comfortable. This bike is just insane. Gonna take some time to get used to how much easier it is to flick around compared to the FJR.

I've been doing a new rep set where I start off with a decent amount of weight 8-10 reps, work my way up to highest weight through the next 2 sets of 8-10 reps, then finish off with 2 sets of 15-20 in low weight as a burnout. The burn is crazy.

Set a new treadmill record last night. Did 3.1 miles in 28:33.
