  1. I'm gonna have to bail. I decided to go up to Norwalk with my brother for the car races. I won't be home until Monday.
  2. I stumbled into this article. I have never been a fan of the Hayabusa, but for some reason I like the looks of this concept. http://www.superstreetbike.com/2018-suzuki-gsx-1300r-hayabusa-back-to-future
  3. Yeah definitely. I've seen people who are skilled with a No-Mar make quick work of changing tires.
  4. $1099 for the full pneumatic/electric like the one I use. It's worth the extra bucks to just step on pedals.
  5. As someone who watched their father struggle with Ulcerative Colitis, 3 surgeries and 2 years of sickness later, it's not a fun time. Get checked folks.
  6. Oh how I don't miss this one bit. I've done several dirt bike tires with spoons, it sucks. Tire machine FTW.
  7. Sounds like you're off to a good start. Hopefully everything works out.
  8. I swore I saw someone advertising a demo ride with the Venture, but I can't find it.
  9. This is why I was hesitant to even post in here. I'd love to do a track day, but not on the FJR. This winter, I hope to find a 2nd bike, maybe it will be more track capable...
  10. Depending on my weekend schedule, I might stop by and spectate.
  11. One of the best cruiser tires on the market IMO. I was wondering if the White Whale was being neglected since the Sonik bike showed up.
  12. Umm? I guess if it fails, I won't have fog lights, GPS power, or a plug in for a heated jacket. Nothing absolutely essential if something did go wrong. The Fuzeblock has a dedicated power and ground from the battery, no piggy-back on factory wiring. The trigger wire was connected to the factory wiring with a pigtail rather than a posi-tap or splicing, so the factory wiring is still 100% un-cut.
  13. Got my fuzeblock all wired up. GPS and fog lights now switch on with ignition. I now have a 2nd SAE cable coming from under the seat for easier heated jacket plug in. Overall, I think it turned out pretty good. I still have 3 more ports on the fuzeblock for other accessories.
  14. Best to give credit to the photographer @TimTheAzn
  15. Why question would be why is your 650 engine junk, and why aren't you fixing and selling it to get more money to put towards a better bike?
  16. Hey! I can defend myself, it just takes me a little longer since I'm actually working on bikes in the evenings.
  17. Just got this in the mail. Time to clean up my wiring situation.
  18. I'd like to ride a Super Duke GT to compare. The Motus feels alot like a twin IMO.
  19. Where the ride ends, Caldwell, the little restaurant diner place called Lori's is a decent place to eat. I tried it out Saturday while out on a ride. Friendly fast service and it wasn't terribly expensive.
  20. Got 2 fresh tires installed on the FJR. Now if I can just make them last til end of the year. Oh, who am I kidding, I better just order another set.
  21. I agree. It has alot of potential. I hope they can stick around long enough to develop and maybe get a model in a somewhat normal price bracket.
  22. Also, don't scare the dog or it might bite you.
