I submitted the application today so we will see how far I get. They have a stack of resumes so I don't know if I'll make the cut or not. I know the director on a first name basis so worst case I will get a courtesy interview and then move on with life.

I took a sick day on Monday and have been WFH the rest of the week. Fucking plague is kicking my ass with a runny nose, cough and low grade fever. I'm ready to eat a 45 ACP.

I can't fault you there. I stepped up to the 4 but I used ABS and TC as the excuse. Now that the FZ09 has ABS it would be a tougher choice.

Just found out that my Mom has cancer. Fuck. Not looking for sympathy, just getting it off of my chest. I can't tell my wife or kid for now. Not even supposed to know at this point but my brother let it slip. My dad died from a different type of cancer 13+ years ago. Here we go again.

I feel ya. Just like my troubleshooting of an oil leak caused by loosing count and dumping too much oil in the bike. Had a "DUH!" moment when I checked the oil level with somebody holding the bike upright.

Westfield has killer prices. I got an OTD quote from them and used that for price matching locally. If the local dealers didnt step up i was going to rent a truck. Bought two bikes this way.

I always liked the look of the night rod. Never had the chance to ride one so I can't comment on the handling or acceleration. I am guessing that it would feel like a pig compared to my current ride due to the weight.

I'll probably do the advanced rider course again just for the hell of it. Used a different bike last time around. I see that one isn't available yet.
