The metal was basically fused.

    More to the story- Turns out the hall monitors weren't letting students without hall passes through to vote.     Parking in the handicapped space's striped loading area, stupid, lazy, or oblivious? That said, Giant Eagle has 12 handicapped spaces in front and every space has it's own loading zone (24 spaces in all, And walmart has the new sideways ( I shouldn't be driving cause I can't even park spaces) Hadicappers must be big spenders. Do the requirements keep getting raised or is the number of handicapped spot's based on the % of population with blue cards?
