Have you checked around on them....? Just wondering because there was one a while back with similar weight (2,600) but around 650rwhp and it was having major traction problems. I believe there is a video of it running a 800rwhp Supra and getting owned over 150mph. Unless you are going with the Daytona Coupe, the vert had lots of aero trouble over 160mph.....

Actually pretty much all of the bikes making that king of power DO NOT use a drag bar. Most of the streetbike classes don't allow them and the rest of them are for landspeed racing....

Some of you guys really have no idea about what's going on in this world and its sad reading some of these posts.... Clinton's lies never killed anyone....? I guess since it wasn't all over CNN, Fox, etc... then it never happened. (Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Somalia, Ethiopia, etc....the list goes on forever) Kerry had the same ideas about going in with Black Ops and not making it a publicized war all over the news. It may be effective and help make him look like the good guy but it's shady as hell.... The truth is there are people all over this planet that can't stand our way of life and will do anything to prevent the American way. Do we need to go after every single one of them before they can harm us, NO! But when you receive Intel with what's happening or about to happen somewhere in the world, you have seconds to make a decision on that information. Sometimes it's the wrong choice but most of the time it is the BETTER or CORRECT choice. What's really sad is that a lot of the cry babies on here and in this world are the same ones that would be pointing the finger if we DID NOT invade Iraq and something else had happened. It's really sad.... As far as I'm concerned either put on a uniform or get in a position to fix things or make them right. We can chat a lifetime on an internet message board and things will not change and battles will not be won to protect this freedom that we ALL have.

Yes, they are in the hangar beside the Air Force 1 stuff. They have moved a lot of it out though. I just hope they bring it back for the 4th hangar exhibit. Anyone been over to see the Memphis Belle being restored...? Another great Aviation museum is the Air and Space Musuem out at Washington Dulles. You guys really need to check out the United States Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB (Dayton, OH). http://www.afmuseum.com/ Once they get building on the fourth hangar, it will be the largest Aircraft Museum in the World. There are a few more test birds over in the Area B hangar if you guys get over there. Pretty cool stuff and one of about everything, not to mention the speed and altitude record holding aircraft. This is a nice chart you can plug your ratios into (stock tranny and tire diameter): http://peowdebowzamow.com/yag/gearing.xls Depending on wind/tire slip, etc.... 18/38 will be close to 221mph and 19/39 close to 227 I think the 19/39 would be better choice because you have more chain wrap and less chance it will skip a tooth. Depending on your goals for the bike you might want to do the overdrive gears from TTS or one of the others. I think Dennis is having them made now.

Several different people on the BUSA boards have called out the builder of the Y2K and he wouldn't step up to prove his bike. The fact that he pussed out and wouldn't really see what his bike is capable of leads me to believe it isn't that impressive. There was a big shit storm about this bike and all the BS claims it made. Like running at Bonneville but there being NO RECORD of it ever attending an event.... Don't get me wrong, it's a cool bike. For that kind of money I'll take a TURBO BUSA any day of the week though. That bike won't last in traffic.....

I wouldn't do it.... I know to many people that have had them with problems. They spent more time in the shop than out riding them.... Maybe you got a good one but I guess we'll find out soon....
