Especially in that statement of BS and different dyno readings in general.... The only reason the 1k is quick down low (40-150) is because of it's weight, gearing and power band for "that gearing." Anything past 150 and the TQ, gearing, AERO on the BUSA pull back. This isn't today's news, this has been proven over and over and over again. Gixxer 1k will jump out a bike maybe two and then around 150 the BUSA has realed it in and continues to pull two to three bikes all the way to 186mph..... You don't have the only 1k racing BUSA's in the world....

That is kind of BS because the 05+ 1k has a much better header design than the 9-year old BUSA header. In that case gear the 1k the same as the BUSA and see what jump you have even 40-150. A 42 on the rear of a BUSA will make it jump down low like the 1k....

Funny because when I had mine, I had the same results with my BUSA coming out on top. I just had basic bolt-ons as well.... :grin2: I'm talking about similar rider weight and switching bikes to take out any rider issues. Busa still won...

Faster? Maybe in a 40-150 sprint a hair QUICKER because of gearing but 150+ the BUSA would walk away on topend.

That's funny because a 300M is VERY unattractive to me (not to mention other things)....

I will be shocked if it pulls 170rwhp on the same dyno as say a BUSA's 155rwhp....

Would you please do the damn research before you post. The car is not a normal Shelby 427 AC Cobra, WE KNOW THIS. The originals were only geared for around 160mph back then. This car WITH IT'S CURRENT GEARING WILL ONLY DO 188mph AS IT SITS! It's a 3-speed AUTO which did not come in the regular cars. I have seen this car in person, I know WTF I'm talking about....
