Uh....NO IT WON'T! Brock has more than that done to his and it hasn't gone 8's! 9.1-9.2 is more realistic....
-
So the fact that you ride a 75rwhp bike means "you have a small cock" in the roll racing world. That's what you are saying.... We can take it to the 1/4-mile track anytime you want, no one has argued that. You have a lot to learn if you see nothing in ROLL RACING.....
-
I know how the power delivery is for an I-4 -vs- V-4 but the point is that the class is tailored for the V-twin motors. Why do you think they only allowed the 750 I-4's to race for so many years. What I am getting at is with the I-4 at 100% AND ZERO RESTRICTIONS; they would have zero trouble with the twins. Ducati would be out of racing if the class was tailored for the I-4 engine like it currently is FOR THEM....
-
Once again you have "NO FUCKING CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!" ROLL racing is all the same....Riiiiiiight! Just like if you've been on one road course, you've been on ALL of them. That's pretty much what you are saying.....
-
Then why do you keep posting incorrect info? Have you checked the rules and restrictions in Superbike in the last 10-years? The only reason they dominate is because the I-4's are so choked down AND RESTRICTED, they can't make the across the board power as the twins. If Ducati would quit crying and getting all the restrictions placed on the I-4's shit would be a LOT closer..... Please do some research on the damn bikes if you are going to quote shit, please......I am so tired of your incorrect posts. :bs:

Aliens!?!?!?!

I just wanted to point out it isn't the BUSA's fault that people are IDIOTS and nut swing. They are the ricers of the bike world....

Stock wheels on the Mach are 17 x 8"! You will need to go to 17 x 9 if you want 275's on the front and 315's on the back... Only the 03/04 Cobra's got 17 x 9. For some cheap OEM wheels go to---> http://www.buyfordracing.com/shop/index.php?cPath=2_24

With that motor/intake setup, I would go Turbo! No point in swapping the intakes when the Mach 1 is already setup for a TURBO....
-
None of them need "twins" but a Turbo or N2O is REQUIRED for ALL of them to reach that level....
-
What is even funnier is the guys passing this "CRAP" on as truth think there little 600cc bike will go 200mph also.... It has nothing to do with BUSA's. People are just miss informed about a lot of shit and don't take the time to read the truth and make there own opinion. They just pass on what a friend of a friend told them about it.... It's still the TOP SPEED KING which is what it was designed for....
-
Cracked prior or not I still don't see how it would cause that much damage to a wheel...sorry I just don't see it.... You guys are pretty lucky if nothing else is bent, cracked, etc... Have you checked the alignment? I'd call the wheel manufactor and see what they say. If in fact something like that was caused from a "POTHOLE" I sure as hell wouldn't be using any of those wheels on any car of mine again....
-
NO WAY was that a pothole. I could see it bent or something but that is a MASSIVE IMPACT. I'd check the suspension and under the car. If it hit hard enough to do that to a wheel then more shit is bent/broken/damaged/etc... I'd really be interested to know what did that! I don't even think a curb could cause that without breaking something on the suspension....
-
With 800+rwhp it better be in the 9's.....
-
Ya.....really! A fully built car -vs- a pretty much stock car.....hmm....I wonder who is going to win!?!?! My buddies got a Space Shuttle he can race 0-Top Speed....

Anyone see the Hennessey Grand Cherokee...
Got-Boost? replied to Major_Movit's topic in Passing Lane
It's running very low boost, turn up the boost and 10's are very easy for it. Not to mention it can be done for LESS THAN HALF of what Henne-fag charges. The problem with them is the transmission can't handle the power... -

If the magazines would invite some of the other Viper tuners, everyone would see just how slow his cars are. Heffner, RSI, Underground, etc...all build Vipers that will mop the floor with Hennessey... -
Not just great but AMAZING cars. My brothers first BMW was a "325esi" or "325es" and it had 180k on it when he bought it. Drove it for two years and sold it for the same amount he bought it for with 325k-miles...
-
Don't get me wrong the cars are BAD A** but they are just very expensive to own and maintain once the warranty expires. As long as you understand that, it isn't a problem. My brother has had both a 740iL and 750iL so I know they are great cars. I'm just letting you know that if something serious goes wrong with the engine/drivetrain/electronics, you are going to have to take out a second morgage on your house to get it fixed....

Like any other Hennessey product, it can be built for a lot LESS than what he charges people.... Don't get me started on how many people he has SCREWED over.... -
If you are doing the work yourself YES but if you are contracting it out probably not depending how your house is setup and the work involved...
-
They are a lot of fun but cost a lot of $$$$$ to get into.....
-
If you are looking for a USED one that doesn't have a warranty, I wouldn't buy any of them! Especially if you are spending less than $20k. Just basic maintenance and repairs will cost you more than the cars worth if you have to fix anything serious. Any 7-series, S-class, Jaguar, etc...is going to cost you out the a** in repairs... I'd look at a newer Lexus GS, Acura TL or something along those lines if you want a luxury/sporty car with minimum upkeep cost. Unless you can find one of the bigger cars that has already had ALL of the normal maintenance up keep already done on it....

:bs: That right there proves that a) Putty has a lot more mods than he says and isn't racing any equally modded bike (according to him) or b) ALL riders he has raced sucks donkey balls. The bikes are so close in performance that there are NEVER BUS LENGTHS involved. We are talking a one maybe two bike difference in performance depending who gets the jump (40-150). This is with equal riders, equal weight and stock or light bolt on mods (no cams) on each bike. Anything past that in the mods and the BUSA WILL PULL AWAY PERIOD!!! Sounds like Putty has a 40 or 60-shot and is racing stock bikes with 250lb riders.....

Do you have a link for this? I'm curious because I researched this a while back and everything I have found from 2-years ago says it no longer exists.
