Got-Boost?

Come on, who keeps anything stock these days... For comparison the fastest full bolt-on ECOboost without nitrous is 12.8 @ 105 (w/nitrous 12.2 @ 109) fastest comparable crew cab with just a Roush TVS is 11.68 @ 118! My neighbor had a 2010 and picked up a 2013 before the latest update for a great price. I'm sure the updated 2014+ model is better but the engines are the same and it just felt so darn cheap. The seats aren't comfortable at all, I didn't like the dash or control layout, etc..after about 10-minutes of driving it I would NEVER own one. That would be great! I'm not interested in the 2.7 but would LOVE to hear about the rest of the truck and updates.. Pretty much exactly what my coworkers are reporting. We've got six 2011+ F150's, three GM's and one Tundra at work. The 5.0 guys are getting 20-21 to work and back and the ECOboost guys are getting 16-18 depending on traffic. ECOboost is definitely quicker and better at towing but for a DD not sure it's worth it.

Depends on a lot of factors but if you put nothing down and finance it at 48-mo at 3% interest you're looking at $1,018 a month. I would hope no one would actually do that though... For similar options it would be a little cheaper but I honestly hate the chrome bumpers. For what it would cost to paint the bumpers, etc. it's only a little cheaper. I guess it will depend what I can find unless I'd have to order whatever I decide on.. I'm honestly just not sold on the ECOboost. I like the 5.0 setup and if I need more down the road then a supercharger is only a few $k more than the ECO premium and will make a LOT more power. Currently the fastest F150's on currrent bodystyle are all 5.0 V8's...

Truck would be used primarily as a daily driver, hauling kids, house crap, and occasionally pulling my motorcycle to races. I don't need 4WD at all down in Texas and if I did or was moving north I'd get a RAPTOR! So back to the 2WD talk... With that in mind I do like the Diesel in the RAM and people getting 25-30+ mpg when straight hwy driving. However, average on most of the fuel tracker sites show 22mph average across users. The only thing that concerns me is it's a Dodge and even though it's got great mileage, it's a complete dog in performance compared to the others. But again, for a DD it doesn't need to be fast whatsoever and dominates in mpg efficiency. Maybe tomorrow I will go test drive one and see. I do like the Chevy a lot based on looks and the 6.2 engine and more interested in the 8-speed auto. However, it will be first year for that transmission and haven't heard much about it yet. Also, the 6.2 seems to be somewhat hard to come by and/or not much feedback by current owners on the main forums. What scares me to death is all the darn recalls and financial status of GM down the road. Otherwise, I like the truck size, interior, looks, performance, etc. Most are averaging 18-19mpg with them also. I like everything about the new Ford but again, first year of new body-style and afraid to get a dud. It does have a nice interior and for sure the most gadgets and options of all of them. I do like that you can get the optional 33gal fuel tank as well. Most current 5.0 trucks average around 16-17mpg but that should improve a LOT with the 700lb weight loss.

Dover, I'm not a dealer but just a local search shows current offers are $2,500 off a 2015 or 0% but not both. Do you really want every single option or just the major ones? Also, you can't get BLUE on the Denali...

My guess, just goes to show how much profit they make on the car even at a low volume production. It really didn't cost them much updating from the previous Gen yet they bumped the price considerably. The upgrades they did do (which was mostly interior) they thought would bump them into the next market of buyers (911-TT, Aston, etc) and those buyers just didn't/don't cross shop Vipers! The other thing that really hurts the car was the ECU being locked down. Someone is in the process of unlocking the Gen-V and only recently unlocked the Gen-IV. Before you were stuck with a stand-alone setup to even mod the car.

That's just the initial buy in, the cars he's looking at could cost him a LOT more in repairs and upkeep. If he can't afford more, I'm guessing he can't afford a $4k-5k repair bill either. So depending on his budget, no chance I'd buy a used 5-series with 70k+ miles outside of warranty....nope! I'd recommend a car that's 5 or 10-years newer and less cost in overall ownership. Like a Passat, Camry, Accord, TSX, etc... Now if he's paying cash for the car and can do all the maintenance, repairs, etc. himself then by all means find a clean 5-series, A4, whatever...

My 2 & 4 year old LOVE this, can't help but laugh every time I hear/see it because of all the people she's clowning on (Bieber, Mylie, Gaga, Minaj, etc.)... Same with this one...

Personally, I wouldn't buy ANY of those but I don't know what your budget is...

Pretty sweet but I consider the BAC Mono a full blown F1 technology track car for the street... Looks like $180,000 for a base and $242,000 for every option they offer...

I think C6 prices are going to drop like a ROCK now! Who would pay $70-90k for a USED ZR1 when you can get a new latest and greatest Z06 for that price? IMO Dodge priced themselves out of the market with the Viper update and lack of performance changes. Not to mention stupid dealers tried to add $10-30k+ market adjustment on top which pretty much killed sales for anyone on the fence and only a few were willing after that.. Now that the Hellcat is released they just tightened the rope around it's neck. They better add another 150hp+ and an optional paddle shift trans to it ASAP if they want to save it.

Actually no, there isn't much computer organization at all, it's up to the controller to make the sequence for arrivals. For TI it's all about staging and lining up at the agreed speed before hitting the traps. Some try to anticipate the light and get the jump (Eddie Bellow was the King of this). Since all the UGR cars are so close, pretty much whoever gets the jump wins. Bob saw that he miss timed the start and knowing that he would have false started just gave up like a true sportsman...

I'd like to see them run again with the Busa actually in the correct gear...lol.

Will he even do the full 10-years? The way things go now days seems like he'll be out in 2-3...
