As much as I love the car and the way it looks, they completely FAILED with a $75k price. What a complete joke....

I would agree until now when the Z/28 was just released and they have claimed it faster than a C7 on the ring which I would assume means it's faster on other tracks as well.. With that in mind due to the Z/28 being $75k, I don't see how the new Z06 isn't going to be at least $90k..

My only complaint with the car is you can't get the Bi-Xenon headlights in the US...

If he had pulled me over and jacked with me like some of you guys,...I'd send him mail everyday in jail for a while just to fuck with him. Any car pic with no front plate or dark tint would be in an envelope headed his way with a nice letter giving him his medicine...that is if the inmates don't find out if he's a ex-cop first...lol. Send a few of his cell neighbors some mail showing a pic of him in uniform and all the bs he got busted for as well, welcome to paradise loser!

What's your budget? A new Jetta MSRP is $17k and stripped Passat is $20k. With rebates and incentives you can get them for $2-3k less...

My guess is he doesn't want to do anything in mods that can't be reversed, especially since the value on them is going up every day...

+1 It's very hard for me to even think about buying a used car these days, especially down south. A big problem right now is all the flood damage cars and these companies buying them, shipping them across a few states trying to repair them and sell them as a clean car. I see it all the time down here. Not saying that is the case, but major issues like that always come to mind when more than normal problems arise especially with a USED vehicle...

Did you buy them new or 100% know the history of the cars?

Agree with everything he posted....picked one up for the wife to DD for work (drives 100-miles round trip) and she's averaging 46mpg in Houston traffic with the DSG.
