  1. Only problem is it's a FWD platform and will likely cost more $$$ than the last Civic Si Mugen which was a joke @ $30k! The boy racers that want the cars don't make enough money to buy and insure them...so it's already a FAIL and it's not even released!
  2. Yep! http://washingtonstatewire.com/blog/rude-awakening-for-federal-way-woman-who-got-shout-out-from-president-cant-afford-obamacare-policy-after-all/ http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=880_1384879442 Just wait until Thorne is in that same boat OR the coverage he does get from his company is considered INCOME and he's going to have to pay even MORE taxes...
  3. I guess it's better late to the party then never...
  4. Quit being haters guys, that purple drank only tastes like shit if you didn't vote for him...
  5. From talking with them it sounds like a combination of both. Still a lot of things to work out but they are flying so far...
  6. It'll go even quicker once the converter is sorted...
  7. If the lack of cigarettes caused him to react in that way, I'd hate to see if he was confronted with a real issue... :lolguy:
  8. When are people going to get a clue? You run from the police, then try to ram them....at that point all bets are off so be ready for your life to end... Not to mention the guy was 18+ years old, no....the days of 26 year old adults living at home are over. Man up, move out and get your shit in line...why is a 19 year old even having to ask his Dad to buy him cigarettes? Get a job and buy them yourself... It is sad that the family lost a child but he is the one that covered himself in gasoline and started striking matches. No one to blame but himself or the parents if they didn't correct his actions at a younger age...
  9. http://www.adp.com/~/media/White%20Papers/HCR-Employer-Solutions-Brochure-TSR.ashx http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/personalfinance/2013/10/02/companies-blame-obamacare-health-insurance-changes/2885453/ Some that are affected made major changes to the plan so depending on the open enrollment window and changes, you may or may not be affected again... Another thing to think about is, she would be considered "pre-existing condition" now for anything that happens from here through the next round of changes with the ACA...
  10. That's a separate problem. To many of these elected officials are NOT doing what they were voted in and sent to do. People need to remember this and start making changes come election time. What amount includes the top-10% these days? I've seen many different stats with many different figures. Do we need a thread breaking down income and what people consider rich or middle class?..lol. +1 Every time I think about it... :fuuuu:
  11. Already going 10.50's.. Cam, headers, DR's, and 125-shot...
  12. The problem with this is, everyone is okay with more taxes as long as THEY aren't the ones having to pay it. When you start talking about increasing everyones taxes suddenly it's a problem and not okay. Do I think they have extra to pay sure, who doesn't at that income level but if you were making that much you'd think it's BS. Some in the lower incomes think that if they work harder the government is just going to take more so what's the point. Start showing more incentive for people to work instead of more handouts by those less/not willing. Same thing with the unemployment extension that Obama passed a while back. I heard from several people that they could stay home and collect almost the same amount rather than go to work full time at a crummy job. Guess what, that kept people from going back to work because they didn't see the point, work and little pay or stay home and little pay for nothing... The real issue with taxes is the government has a blank checkbook. Start cutting programs and insane spending on junk that is wasted before you start rasing taxes. Once you have got the budget inline, THEN look at what needs to be changed on taxes. They could probably reduce taxes if they really fixed the problem..
  13. So what is your plan when you get a letter in a few weeks stating that Chases health insurance is dropping you due to the new law and you are forced into the ACA? Get ready....it's already happened to a few million people!
  14. Make peace with God, have faith, and pray that things will be okay...
  15. You have ZERO clue what the hell you are talking about. No one gets sent away, that's against the law...they have to provide care. To late, the hard working American's are the ones affected most. Just because you work full time doesn't entitle you to crap. The guy stamping books at the library or flipping burgers at McDonalds doesn't get the same coverage and service as the Dr, Solider, Chemist, whatever just because they work FULL time... You are a couple steps from saying all wages are the same regardless of education, effort, skill, etc.. We already pay for it but guess what, now you DO NOT have a choice... This is another problem, WTF are you doing on your parents policy under age 27? Unless you have a condition or special circumstance there is absolutely no damn reason you should be on your parents policy. This was the real issue that needed to be addressed but the ACA failed on all accounts. The ONLY people that should be getting free insurance in MY opinion are kids, those with predetermined conditions, elderly and maybe a few others. I hope all these idiots that thought this was going to be another FREE ticket ride by the government/tax payer are affected the most. So sick of this mentality that people think they are owed something for nothing....BULLSHIT!
  16. STOCK: http://imageshack.us/a/img713/4296/x51s.jpg TUNE ONLY: (Friday night local car)
  17. My buddy had one just like that in high school. It was a fun car but now it's got an LT4 in it..lol.
  18. If you are looking for a comfy "true daily driver" that gets great mileage and has room front and rear go look at and drive a new VW Passat. The TDi version will get 45mpg+ hwy and with rebates right now you can get a brand NEW one for what you want to spend for a car with 50k+ miles. All 2013 models have a $3,250 rebate and 2014's have a $1,500 rebate (except the TDi). If you don't like the Passat look at a Golf or Jetta.
  19. I would contact Kevin but I'm pretty sure they use R888's because they are the only tire that meet current needs in the sizes they want. I think he said they have tested better options but don't want to run goofy sizes on the Gallardo's because of the brakes and AWD setup, another reason the GTR's are getting quicker from a dig...
  20. You can't be serious? They still have four more cams to test, bet they surpass that number without even more port work or raising compression on current heads. E85 would almost make those numbers now...
  21. Very nice from a 2V and that MPH is smoke'n!
  22. I'm looking forward to the next round of testing... Sounds like the next model introduced may be called Z07 and supercharged...
