Actually that isn't high pressure at all but pretty standard. It's better to have a little more air than under inflation. Low pressure creates more heat and is more likely to fail at high speeds. Plus less rolling resistance, etc..etc...heck, I've seen guys run 50+...
For a dragstrip where you accel for a short time and slow down it may be fine. However, on the street/track where you are doing high speeds for a longer period of time, I would stay away from them. Not to mention some of the Shinko's are only W rated (168mph)...
