Progress is slow, but at least it's progress. 2 hours to get the old motor out and my back is done for the day. New motor will have to wait for another time...

Put a new one up on my house a couple weeks ago. Last year's flag was in pretty rough shape when i took it down last fall. I got some cool ball bearing brackets that completely eliminate twisting/tangling!
