Did you put the little "legs" on it when you installed it? They need to be slightly off the floor or else they wont work properly. Found this out first hand on an old washer and dryer we had in college.

MKIII Supra..... How much power/trq are you wanting to make? If memory serves the Manual turbo trannies start hitting a wall around 500. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

In the R34 video the odds were stacked against the R34 from the beginning. Tight, low speed course. Two pro drivers in the Toyotas, and a nobody in the R34. The Nissan driver missed at least one gear, maybe two. Plus I think it was mentioned that the Nissan is stock, vs the obviously modified Toyotas. I am pro Toyota all the way, but that was a poor example for comparision.
